Situated close to Dundee city centre, fantastic base to explore Dundee and the surrounding areas, with excellent transportation links. The fantastic newly opened V&A Museum and Dundee Waterfront is only a few minutes drive. Close to lovely fishing village of Broughty Ferry, with its beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants. Golfers would be delighted with both St Andrews and Carnoustie a short drive away.

This is a great central flat in Cupar with the train station just a 2 minute walk away, and the taxi rank even closer, and only a 15-minute drive to St Andrew's with some amazing golf venues, ideal for a getaway, golfing trip or just to explore Scotland With speakers built into the roof it is ideal for a nice relaxing time away. And a train running to Edinburgh and Dundee every hour a vehicle will not be needed. However, Private parking is included so there is no worry about paying any meters.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely family home. The house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. There were some lovely welcoming touches like the biscuits left for us in the kitchen alongside plenty of tea and coffee and the toiletries in each of the bathrooms. Great location for exploring, particularly if you have a car, but short walk to main bus route. Very quiet residential area. Would highly recommend and definitely visit again if we needed accommodation in the area.

Absolutely beautiful location, with stunning views of Fife countryside and over to St Andrews and the sea. Lovely cosy lodge that easily accommodated our family very comfortably. Incredibly well equipped kitchen. The outdoor play area was a great bonus and our children spent lots of time playing on the tractor and trampolines in the Fife sunshine. Short drive from St. Andrews. Would definitely recommend.

Claire was a super host. She greeted us in-person on our arrival and had a welcome package for us. She was very responsive with any of our questions and recommended some great places to eat and sites to see. The house was spotless and perfect for 2 people. Highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting to golf in the St Andrews area, this location is optimal as it is surrounded by golf courses less than one hour away and an 8 minute drive from the Old Course!

5 Stars – Perfect Stay in Dundee! I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb. The host was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful—really made us feel welcome. The property itself was clean, well-kept, and exactly what we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living area was beautifully decorated with a warm, inviting feel. The location was ideal—easy to find and not far from the city centre, which made getting around really convenient. It was just what we were looking for: close enough to everything without being right in the middle. Felt the value for money was excellent. If I ever need to stop in Dundee again, I’ll definitely be staying here. Highly recommended! Thank you to Farah, i needed some help and she was so lovely. I know we have never met but you seem like a really genuine person with a gentle spirit.
