Monthly Rentals in Botany Bay

This is my perfect house in a great spot! As soon as we walked in, it felt very calm and relaxing. Exceeding our expectations. Jonathan, is a great host and super quick responses to messages. Providing great instructions and we also found a book which a gave info on the local area, Menus etc which was very thoughtful. The kitchen and rooms included everything you would need and well set out. My Mother, being a retired gardener, adored the Garden! She said she wished she had longer to potter around in it. We were very sad to leave to go back to our homes. We do hope we can find a slot to come again. Thank you very much Jonathan.

We had such an amazing stay! This was our first family seaside holiday with our 18 month old daughter. She was comfortable as soon as she got to the property and there was a lot there for her. The house was clean and tidy and exactly as described, in a great location and peaceful too. We can’t wait to stay here again :)

We really enjoyed staying in Liana and Clive's flat. It was really clean and had everything that we needed. The garden was great for our 2 year old. The location is amazing! It's directly opposite a beautiful sandy beach, with other nearby sandy beaches easily accessible by foot or by car. Broadstairs is less than 10 mins drive away. We had two cars between us so luckily we were able to use the neighbour's space too throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time! The house is very close to the bus stop, a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the local coop. As we were there by train that was all very convenient! We had a great time having lunch in the beautiful garden!!!
