This is a cabin with electricity, but without running water. The water is collected in a water post 60 m from the cabin and carried into the cabin. In the cabin there is an internal pumping system that makes that there is water in the tap in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as in the shower. There is a lot of baby equipment available at the cottage such as high chair, cot, pulk, skateboard and lots of games inside. At this place you can stay on the sunny side at Brokke. The location is central right by Brokke alpine resort and ski slopes. The area offers great hiking opportunities,hunting, fishing and climbing. There is an end apartment on the 1st floor and contains entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with a double bed allows for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must wash out after himself.

New modern year-round cottage with all amenities located scenic right on Murtejønn. Sunny and undisturbed patio. Ski slopes at the cabin door, which are connected to the trail network in summer and winter at Bortelid. Nice hiking trails and great opportunities for mountain biking. Ski resort at Bortelid. Smart TV, fiber and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for a home office. Installed water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located by itself on the lower level, towards the water. Great holiday spot 12 months a year!

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

Bortelid stor, nyere hytte

Hytta ligger sentralt på Løyningsknodden på Bortelid. Høy standard med badstu, boblebad og stor sydvendt terrasse med god utsikt. Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng. Et godt utstyrt kjøkken med kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin mv. Eget vaskerom med tørketrommel, vaskemaskin og tørkeskap dekker de fleste behov. Det er mulig å lade elbil på eiendommen.
