Cozy apartment in Trøndelån with a 5 minute walk down to the sea with a small sandy beach. Lovely rural setting where you can really enjoy a break surrounded by sea, forest and open landscape Living room with dining table, sofa seating area and fireplace. Kitchen with fridge and freezer, stove and coffee maker. Nice size bathroom with a shower and a toilet. 5 minutes walk up to Byneset golf course. Outdoor parking (without charging) The home is located in the same house as the landlord, but has a private entrance and is secluded.

Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Lots of opportunities for bike rides. Great view, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Kid-friendly. Small house - great seaview - close to the city

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
