Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

We are located at 160 m above sea level and are surrounded by Grevlunda slopes fantastic and scenic surroundings. The location of the wheelhouse is peaceful and the rolling landscape is beautiful all year round. Here you have downhill all the way down to the sea…The guest house is located on our small farm. Newly renovated on two floors, about 50 m2, sleeps five, fully equipped kitchen and its own patio. Hang out in the green grass, barbecue, play boule, or read a book in the orangery. Only 15 minutes to fantastic beaches and many good restaurants!

The Brygghuset Hagestad former microbrewery in Österlen offers a newly renovated guesthouse in a boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. The guest house is a smaller house in the garden that was originally the whole village common freezer house! The house is about 25 square meters and has newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, adjustable double bed 180 cm, TV, dining table and bathroom. A bright and nice house! Full access to the large secluded and thriving garden with several patios.

Private location where you can be left alone, in an undisturbed location on a small horse farm in the countryside, with only nature and grazing horses, as a view. No transparency inside the cabin. The cottage has salt and pepper. Toilet paper for the first night 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to the grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and cafe in the forest (weekends). Some of Skåne's best spa nearby. 15 minutes by car to Sjöbo.

Attefallhuset is small but well equipped. The sofa converts to king size bed. With extra bed(s), 4 can stay here if you can have a little cramped.
