3 generations who celebrated Midsummer weekend and everyone enjoyed themselves. Perfect to be able to hang out at the pool house and walk away to the old harbor. Rural pleasant environment where not everything is so arranged but more genuine and charming but of course clean and fresh.

Absolutely recommended for visiting southern Sweden. Not far from the sea. In the accommodation you will find everything you need. Particularly suitable for a stay with small children. You can come down here and unwind. We enjoyed it very much!!!!

Beautiful home, it was even better than I expected from the pictures. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a nice get-away in a little beach town.

All I can say is that everything was beyond expectations! Fantastic accommodation, clean, nice, cozy and you really felt at home. Sandra and Magnus had really made it nice for us and we couldn't have booked a better house for our vacation. Clear instructions at check-in and we got all the info we could need, and lots of great recommendations on places to visit. In summary, there is absolutely nothing to complain about and we hope to be back soon. 🌼🫶🏼

Nice and homely. Cozy with bonfire and hot tub. The kids enjoyed the open space to run on. Lovely surroundings. James was friendly and helpful.

It was an amazing home. We had lots of fun there. The Hot bubble bath / jacuzzi was amazing. We used it every single day of our stay. But it would have been good to know what are the things that we are needed to carry before visiting the place, for example we had to go and buy our own coffee. Overall no complains at all. Infact we have already recommended this place many of our friends and colleagues.

A beautiful home with a fantastic setting! So beautiful views and by car close to several nice excursion destinations! Suitable for both adults and families with children. Simple, clear and fast communication with the guest-friendly and generous host. Will gladly come back!

We had such a great time. It's a really good location to explore the area. Mikaela had so many great tipps and was really helpful and friendly. Even though you see her and her family sometimes, you have so much space outside mostly on your own. Our daughter loved to feed the bunnies and cuddle the cats. The house was a little bit smaller than we imagined but everything was so nice and well equipped and with good weather you can be most of the time outside or in the Orangerie.

Fantastic surroundings with a local character and nice midsummer celebration

Tonje and Anders' place is a gem. We were there for the midsummer festival and got tips on where we could best go. Quiet location. Fantastically decorated, stylish and cozy. The kitchen furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Great coffee machine. Cozy living room and comfortable bed. We could also enjoy the terrace for barbecuing. We were pleased to get to know Anders. We would come back anytime - it was super nice.

We were incredibly happy with our stay! It is an amazing environment that the house is in and it lives up to all the pictures. We also took a longer walk of about 30 minutes to Svarte train station to take the train to Ystad over the day. I really appreciated all the good communication with the host Sandra before and am grateful for a very nice and good service. Really recommend this home!

Minna and Evan were wonderful hosts and their place is perfect. Spacious, calm, serene, with lots of beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy long evenings with friends and for kids to run around in the day. We enjoyed the countryside views and the sunsets. As hosts they are helpful, kind, responsive, make great recommendations, and really take pride in their hosting. I'd give six stars if I could. Thank you Minna and Evan for a wonderful holiday.

We loved our time at Sadie's beautiful space! Even though we were a large, mixed group, the house felt spacious yet cosy and luxurious with plenty of room to cook, eat, and do both group and separate activities. The separate work space was also great as members of our group that had to work had privacy without impacting the others. Malin and Magnus were fantastic, responsive hosts. We appreciated how thoughtful they were reaching out proactively to see if we needed anything specific for the babies in our group. Simrishamn itself seems to be a very cute small town, and it was nice to be walking distance from shops, restaurants and cafes (although we were there over the NYE period so many places were closed). Overall, we would absolutely recommend Malin's house, and hope to be back again in the future.

Very charming and cozy house perfect for 4 people or more. Great location for excursions in Österlen. Everything was exactly as we expected and we really recommend this accommodation.

It was great! Beautifuly renovated farm house, calming garden and colours around the house. Johannes was very friendly, responsive and helpful. For noise sensitivive people: Inside the house noises can be heared very easily. The absolute highlight were the sunsets. In the summer evenings the sunsets can be seen from the backyard and one room.

We had a fantastic stay at Österlen The cottage is charming and homely – just as the description promises. The location is perfect for exploring Österlen's nature, beaches and cozy small villages. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the little personal touches of the decor. The host was helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended for those who want a genuine Österlen experience!

We are all super happy with the accommodation, the surroundings. Great house for several people, close to the beach and nice walking paths. Would definitely recommend the place.

In the car we were listening to a Simon & Garfunkel remix of a Sound of Silence and this song perfectly reflects the feeling you get at Martins house. It’s very private and quiet, beside of the occasional pheasant, tractor or your own children on the trampoline ;-). The house is close to many beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. We felt really at home a Martins summer home.

We where two families living here. Perfect with sleeping area in the bottom floor. The main area is just for social and the top floor for sleeping. Calm and peaceful area, a nice grass lawn under the shadows from the trees. I gladly recommend this.
