The house contains three bedrooms, one of which is with two built in junior beds - however, two single beds can easily be set instead. The house is in great condition and offers kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private terrace to the south. There is good insulation, district heating and wood-burning stove and is therefore rented throughout the year.

The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Cottage with 25 m to the water and 180 gr. sea view

Enjoy a holiday in beautiful, idyllic, cozy setting in the newly built red wooden summer house "Søglimt". The name of the house is a bit misleading, because from the large kitchen family room there is not only a search glimpse, but 180 gr. full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the kids bathing from the rocks, or simply enjoy the sound and sight of waves and study the ships that flow slowly by.
