Architect-designed low-energy house in wood from Østerlar's sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder in the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is well-suited for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly, so pets are not allowed. Note: Guests must bring their own bed linen, towels, dishcloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Our lovely merchant's house of 180m2 has plenty of space for up to 8 guests. A 2000 m2 large and completely enclosed garden invites for fun and play as well as lovely barbecue evenings under the umbrella. The house has good light and oozes lovely vibe. You'll love throwing yourselves on the big soft couch or cozy in the delicious chesterfield furniture.

Plenty of space inside and out, you have the forest just outside the door and 700m to the sea. The stream runs in the back garden, which is overgrown with fruit trees and shrubs, and here you have the finest view of open fields. Sorthat is the epitome of peace and idyll. The house is old, quirky and charming. The stairs are a little steep and the 1st floor is amazing. The area invites long hiking and running, beach baths, picnics, sunset, and vacation. It has great mountain biking routes and lots of Bornholm's wonderful magic.

The house has 3 bedrooms 2 toilets a shower, large living room and kitchen with ocean views. The cellar has its own entrance outside, 2 small rooms small shower, Usable but not luxury

Central beliggenhed med blot 400 m. til Tejn havn hvor daglig-brugsen, Penyllan Brewery og Smedjen- Streetfood, ligger. Ovenfor på Nordre Strandvej findes Brødre Bageri.

Gudhjem, Allinge, and Hammershus are just a short drive away, providing endless opportunities to explore the island's charm and culture. We love sharing its unique atmosphere when we're not using the house ourselves.

We make a virtue out of using objects with history, and you will find things from French castles and modern Danish design.

The house is located with a view of fields and open expanses and has an exciting large garden. The smithy in Humledal is only rented on a weekly basis and only to guests without pets.
