" the Photographer’s house “ Monopoli - OldTown

ShaniceRating, 5 stars5 days ago
The photographers house was nothing short of an exceptional stay. The property surpassed expectations and is more impressive in person than in the photos, the interior design and photography are beautiful. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday. The location is 10/10, in the heart of the old town and the views of the port are superb. Fabrizio was very friendly and so helpful, he met us at the train station on arrival and assisted us with our luggage. Similarly, he helped us with our luggage upon departure and dropped our suitcases to the train station by car. He also assisted us with booking taxis etc during our stay. Check in was brilliant, with a comprehensive bar, brilliant coffee machine and all of the basic ingredients for cooking included. We loved our stay, and would recommend the photographers house for anyone looking for an elevated Monopoli experience. We will definitely be back.

The View Matera -Casa Vacanze

IsabelRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The Airbnb was very cute and had an amazing view both from the window and the lovely patio! The location was perfect, with easy access to both the old and new parts of Matera. Parking was close by and it was simple to get to the apartment from there. The space itself was clean, charming, and had everything we needed. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One small heads-up: the hot water heater is a bit small, so shorter showers are best. Other than that, everything was great and we’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Matera!

StageROOM02 - Luxury Cave suite in Historic Matera

JasonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Wow wow wow, this place is breathtaking. To spend a night in a cave that has so much character and history was extraordinary. The interior was the best I have ever seen for a stay away. Elegant, Bright & beautiful furniture and fittings. The Bed, OMG the bed & Pillows. I did not want to wake up, we both melted into them! The bathroom is the most amazing I’ve ever seen, every detail was superb, right down to walk in shower screen being scribed to follow the natural cave limestone Our hosts were fantastic in helping us try navigate our way to the property, which can be tricky, but we got there eventually. It’s really simple, but with so many twists and turns it was easy to get flustered in the heat. A prime location that is walkable to every incredible point of Matera. Blown away by this place, we WILL be returning & hoping to stay with Francesca!

The Trulli is stunning. The building, inside and out is breathtaking and the pool is incredible as well as the outdoor kitchen and dining area. Also, the two bean-bag floats are genius! So comfy. We had the most incredible stay here. Silvana was super helpful and provided so much help, we can’t thank her enough. Sunsets at this place are magical. We highly recommend staying here.
