Vacation rentals with beach access in Borgio Verezzi

We had a great stay here. The house is right on the beach and you can see beautiful sunrises in the morning. The apartment is very large and has enough space to eat, cook and sleep. There is also an extra room for the bicycles.

We stayed 4 nights between May and June. The balcony overlooking the sea is the highlight of the house: there is a table where you can eat with a view, two flowers and a clothes rack. Everything you need. Access to the public beach is extremely easy, passing through the garages. Maria Letizia and her family were hospitable and helpful. The house is close to a bar and a grocery store, and in 15 minutes on foot you can reach the Saracen village. There was no air conditioning but, during the period we stayed, the two fans were more than enough, in the evening the air from the sea was cool. We will definitely come back for another visit of a few days.

Very friendly and fast communication. The location of the apartment is super central in Finale Ligure. It should be clear that there is a lot going on here and it can also be a little louder. The windows of the apartment have very good noise protection. The kitchen is excellently equipped, it has everything. The highlight of the apartment is the terrace, you can't get more space.

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

A beautiful place with an incredible view of the beach and sea. The location is superb, right in the middle of the wonderful carruggi in Varazze. We loved stepping outside for our morning croissant and coffee at Gatto Nero. With the apartment being high up we felt so peaceful everytime we returned home from a day exploring. There is a lift so access is also easy. And we loved the air con ! Excellent wifi also 👌 Maria doesnt speak English so we met using google translate and whattsapp and the check in and check out was very easy. Maria responded so quickly to messages and all our questions throughout the booking were answered quickly. Maria was very smiley and friendly and offered lovely local recommendations and we enjoyed our lunch at Vino e Cucino. This truly was a lovely place in a truly lovely place. We spent a weekend with friends in this beautiful home in Noli and we couldn't have asked for more! The accommodation was impeccable: clean rooms, everything in order and perfectly equipped. Kind, helpful and attentive host like few others! Upon our arrival, we found a delicious aperitif with Ligurian focaccia and chinotti to welcome us, a gesture that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring the area and fully experiencing the beauty of Noli. I highly recommend it!

Great location on the waterfront , great for those with children and who need to get around on foot. We were lucky with the parking, but unfortunately that is a general problem near the sea. The house is very welcoming and bright with a beautiful view of the sea. Highly recommended 🫶🏼

Everything was just great

Federico and Gemma welcomed us warmly with our dog and were present with tips and advice all the time. They even made us aware of a coming storm and provided us with the garage for our classic car in time. All in all very pleasant and everything according to the description. We will be back.

Casa Rossa is truly a slice of heaven. Stunning, perfect location. Walking through the garden on the first night, we got “lost” as it got dark. And then magically these beautiful lights started to light a path up to our guest house. It brought moments of surprise and awe everyday. And everyone can use a little more of that in their lives. Tip: don’t drive your car and walk to the port/restaurants from the garden’s private gate. Tip: don’t use the AC in bedroom and sleep with windows open to enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. Tip: to the right of the driveway, there’s an amazing “hidden” bench down a long pathway - you have to duck under a tree and then when you sit - you will find one of the most beautiful views in the world. I think views like that created poetry, philosophy, and art. We had a truly amazing time. Daniela was so lovely as a hostess - thank you for our gift. And thank you to Silvio, you were wonderful at quick communication. Gratzie!

Manuela's place is small but perfectly organized, nothing is missing and it is very comfortable even for 3 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything, the bathroom too, you sleep very well despite being in the center thanks to the double glazing that perfectly insulates from external noise. The location is super central and Manuela is welcoming, polite and helpful, a perfect hostess.

We had a lovely week at Nadia's place. Eating breakfast and dinner on the balcony overlooking the sea was wonderful. It also suited us to stay close to the sea and we easily took the bus to Finalborgo for cozy dinners. Nadia was helpful and very kind and answered the questions that came up during the stay. Small house ideally located overlooking the sea and in the middle of the pines. Marcello welcomed us with great kindness. Wonderful nights with very comfortable bedding and the sound of waves. 5-minute walk to the beach by a beautiful path. Very clean with everything you need as well as small touches and good addresses. Very relaxing and rejuvenating stay!

Breathtaking views, having breakfast, and seeing the sea from the big windows is worth the whole trip. In the evening we had dinner on the large terrace that is equipped with a table, chairs, and a rocking chair. The room was cool, there are also mosquito nets on the windows. The nice kitchen is bright. In a few steps we arrived at a very nice free beach. Walking a little more along the sea, you can also easily walk to the center of Loano. We will be back 🙂🌞🌊

We have been visiting the Finale/Varigotti area for many years and we had never found a little house with a window in front of the sea. In fact, everything in Varigotti we have always found houses with prices inaccessible for us, so this time there was a miracle. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, with our favorite focaccia under the house, it didn't seem true. The house was simply perfect as a location and very cozy. Check-in was very easy... leaving was very difficult, we would have stayed another two weeks:)

We booked this place one day in advance and the place and location exceeded our expectations. Magnificent view, good location - 10 minutes to the beach and to the restaurants. The whole apartment was spotless and very good equipped. Highly recommend.

We spent the last couple of days of our vacation here and we wish we had spent more time… Beautiful spot with amazing views overlooking the neighborhood and the Mediterranean. Igor’s communication was top notch and he was very helpful prior and during our stay! The new bathroom renovation was beautiful too! We won’t ever forget our stay here!

We had an amazing stay at Enrico’s apartment! From the very beginning, communication with him was outstanding — he was always quick to respond and went out of his way to provide helpful recommendations for day trips and things to do in the area. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with some essentials already in the fridge and breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay — well-equipped, clean, and cozy. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and made every morning feel special. While the beach is within walking distance, keep in mind that the way back is a bit of a climb (about 20 minutes uphill), but totally worth it for the peaceful location and the amazing views. All in all, a wonderful experience — we’d love to come back and highly recommend staying here!
