We had a great time at Caterina’s place. 6 of us stayed there and was great to all have our own bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house and gardens had plenty of space to mingle together or to spread out and do our own thing. The location was so peaceful and the views incredible. Not great if you struggle with walking uphill and there are lots of steps to and from the train station and village. Although there is a shuttle bus. Was great to visit all the Cinque Terre towns but not to stay in the hustle and bustle. Great stay and can’t thank Caterina enough, it is a beautiful place to stay!

Beautiful accommodation! We really liked how the interior and exterior are furnished. I particularly liked the garden. Many evocative corners to discover, with statues hidden in the greenery and small tables. Ideal location to spend a weekend in the countryside relaxing away from the city.

Wow! One of the most wonderful Airbnb I had the pleasure to stay in all my travels around the world. The view on the ocean from the terrace was stunning. We spent hours there just looking at the sea. Everything in the house is tastefully organized. Lola was so friendly and welcoming, she is a really nice host. I’m hoping to return and spend more time to explore the area.

We had a great stay at Cinzia's house in the mountains of Bonasolla. The magnificent view from here to the sea was wonderful. The house was very clean, the garden and the outdoor area were generously equipped and very well maintained. The fly screens on windows and doors were very helpful for quiet nights. The only disadvantage for us: for all excursions you need the car in a very curvy area. We are happy to recommend Cinzia's house.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house corresponds exactly to the description and the pictures. The location is a bit remote, which we found very nice. By bus, you can also get to the city center/station of La Spezia in 20 minutes, the bus stop is almost directly in front of the house and Anna gave us 2 tickets. Anna was super helpful, explained everything to us and was always immediately available for questions. She also gave us good tips for activities, restaurants, etc. At check-in and check-out, they transported our luggage to the car, so we didn't have to carry anything. The car is in a public parking lot about 200m from the house, here Anna reserved a parking space for us before arrival. Upon arrival, a food basket with pastries and honey and coffee was ready. Since Anna does not speak German or English, we talked about translator apps, which worked very well. Our dog was very welcome too.

Matteo’s house is clean and cozy. The view is absolutely stunning and the location is so prefect to explore the Cinque Terre area. It was only a 10 min drive to Riomaggiore and from there another 10 mins to Manarola. The only problem is the limited spots for parking. So we drove to La Spezia and parked our car near the station there and took the train from La Spezia to all the villages. Breakfast was provided by Matteo and he kept checking in to see if we need anything. He and his wife are very sweet people and we highly recommend their home!

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

the house was really nice, located on a quiet hillside with no neighbors around, so you had a lot of privacy. It had three clean and beautiful bedrooms, and the house stayed cool during hot weather, which was really refreshing. We even had a friendly cat as a neighbor, and the host, Elisa, was super responsive and helpful. Everything in the kitchen was well-equipped, so cooking was easy and convenient.

We had a great time at the place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the pictures. The location was great. It's quiet, yet central. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very friendly, easy to reach and helpful with questions. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Beautiful location, isolated from the village and with a unique sea view. Quiet and peaceful, it's nice to get there after a short walk and admire the landscape.

We had a very relaxing and wonderful stay with Zivile and Dante. In the midst of fantastic nature lies this small paradise, which, above all, becomes a place for deep relaxation and connection due to the special energy of its inhabitants. We enjoyed the time in our cottage, the refreshment at the pool, the nature, the lovely pets and also every encounter with civilians very much. A special experience was the full moon ceremony and an energetic treatment. For people with a spiritual sense and longing for peace and grounding, this is exactly the right place.

Fantastic 7 days with family. Adult children bought their partners and plenty to do and see. Car essential to get around and visited Florence, Lucca, Sarzana, Porto Venere and, also old town of Arcola. Had coffee in old square following walks from villa. Lazy days at villa able to enjoy the pool, loungers and shaded areas. Used BBQ for a meal. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms well supplied with all needed. Living area and kitchen ideal for our group and had some evening meals in.

Our stay was completely successful! Communication with Elisa was super easy and pleasant – we felt well taken care of from the beginning. The house was exactly as described: clean, cozy and well equipped. We especially liked the beautiful garden and the well-equipped kitchen – perfect for cooking something delicious yourself. The place fully met our expectations. What we particularly liked was the location, right in the historic town center. The apartment is lovingly and fully furnished with lots of details. Rossana welcomed us very warmly and personally and you had the feeling of coming to friends. You can tell that she cares a lot about making sure guests feel completely comfortable. Francesca and her kind family have created a once-in-a-lifetime, soul-grounding experience in this beautifully restored 14th-century hillside retreat in Portovenere. We loved every minute of our six-night stay. From the mind-blowing views and steep, invigorating hikes to romantic evenings sipping homemade, earthy concoctions thoughtfully left for us—it was pure magic. We were welcomed with fragrant bundles of fresh lemons, rosemary, sage, and thyme, a gesture that set the tone for the care and warmth we felt throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our rest as memorable as our adventures. We especially loved our daily rocky hike down to the charming village, and one day we even rented a dinghy to explore the surrounding islands—an unforgettable way to soak in the coastal beauty. Amazing views of Manarola, the terraces, and the sea. He provides everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. We were there 3 days and would return. Recommended!

The apartment is located in a beautiful and at the same time strategic context to visit both the Cinque Terre and the surroundings. The possibility of having a large common garden to take advantage of makes it possible to enjoy beautiful outdoor dinners and breakfasts. the house is taken care of in every detail and is true to the description of the listing, perhaps even more beautiful than you can expect. The location is excellent where in 20 minutes you are at the La Spice train station from where the train departs to visit the Cinque Terre. hosts are very friendly and immediately available for local tips, tips we took advantage of and greatly appreciated.
