I recently stayed at Malin's Airbnb, and it was awesome! Malin's dad, Malith, managed everything smoothly, and the place was fantastic. The house is in a quiet area, not far from Borelasgamuwa town – perfect for a peaceful getaway. Malith kept the place super clean and tidy, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was great, and it was easy to find. The hosts were really nice and made sure we had everything we needed. They even provided hot water, a TV, a fridge, and a clothes iron – all the essentials! Checking in and out was a breeze, and the hosts were always available to help us out. Overall, our trip was amazing, and I can't wait to come back for more stays at Malin's place. Highly recommend it for a chill and comfortable stay!

wow what an amazing home,we were a group of 4 the villa is so spacious,lovely bedrooms and bathrooms with much needed air conditioning the kitchen is equipped with everything that you need during your stay the wrap around veranda on two levels is great to use to watch wildlife,monkeys,lizards and so many birds The caretaker Mahesh is brilliant he is on hand for anything you might need,couldn't ask for more. the pool is idyllic great place to cool down Whatever your requirements all is to hand ,the local area is very accessible for foodstores and bakerys Going further a field exploring is super easy just use the pick me app we will definitely be back

Nice place with 24 hours security personnel available. The area is very private and only has about 13 ish houses. The owner Isuru communicates well and attends to matters immediately. We were just only 2 people but the house is ideal for more people with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms where the upstairs master bedroom comes with AC unit which was our main reason to book. Easy access to Kottawa and Piliyandala area. We loved the temple being right across the road. Isuru managed to turn up when we were leaving the house as well.

The secure and safe environment of this appartment will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit (Nadee's house) once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it.Absolutely liked everything about this appartment. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations.

Devinda's villa is very well kept, cosy and we felt right at home. It’s located in a peaceful suburban neighbourhood and is very close to supermarkets, shops and the Thalawathugoda town. We found Devinda's place to be very relaxing and peaceful. I fully recommend this place, it's ideal for a small family or group and Devinda is a very responsive and friendly host.

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

Dallas was a great host. He was a very friendly, very helpful and a very welcoming sort of a person. When I arrived at his place it was pass midnight, nevertheless he was awake to welcome me. The facilities were great, not only the room and the bathroom the whole apartment was at my disposal. Very clean, spacious, quiet and very secure. In case I go back to Colombo again I will definitely stay there and would recommend to any future traveller. Excellent value for money.

The apartment is in a perfect location. Walking distance to 2 supermarkets, shopping mall, the bakery and restaurant, etc. Nice view from a window of Colombo city.

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very neat, clean, and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities we needed. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and it was a lovely touch that the host booked a complimentary game room session for them. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a residential complex filled with friendly families, it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, everything in Colombo is just 10–15 minutes away. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the true highlight is the charming backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the hosts, Dilshan and Sanda, who were always available and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing time and can highly recommend this place!

Very nice location, quiet and large garden in the middle of the city! Large appartement. I liked to walk around to Mount Lavinia inside the small streets without using the main roads.. Shiromi is a very kind person and helpful.

We stayed here for three months with our 9-month-old baby and had a wonderful experience. The house was safe, spacious, and perfect for any family. As first-time parents, we really appreciated the extra support—some of the owner’s relatives live nearby and were incredibly kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Amila was also a fantastic communicator and co-host, always quick to respond and help sort out any issues in the house. We truly felt looked after and enjoyed our stay very much.
