We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sarah's home and appreciated how thoughtfully organized it was! The hot tub was a perfect way to end a long day of hiking, and we LOVED our beach mornings.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

The house was beautiful and worked perfectly for our group! Check in was very easy, and the house was spotless when we arrived. My favorite part it was the yard - perfect for a big barbecue with a large group.

Beautiful place in great location. Did a weekend trip that included Portland based activities and a lake day at Lake Sebago. This was right in between making both super easy! The house was beautiful, clean, and slept everyone very comfortably. The view on the water is amazing, and Timissa was very responsive, accommodating, and kind!

We loved staying at this cabin near Popham beach, the house was beautifully renovated. The renovation kept the cabin feel, yet at the same time felt updated and modern. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic time in Boothbay Harbor! It was our first time there and the hotel and staff were great! The location was wonderful and all the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We plan on returning again soon!

We had a great stay. The house has everything you could need, great spot on the water, was clean and spacious. Would return!

Perfect studio. Used the jetted tub, nice and relaxing. Lots of extras (new toiletries, coffee, filters, sugar, etc.) much appreciated and used. The view, esp at sunrise, was stunning. Quiet neighbors. The beach store (pizza, sandwiches, salads, coffee and more) was very good. Just down stairs and one building over. (get there early for their muffins) I would certainly stay here again.

Such an amazing and clean stay! Heather was so kind and responsive! So happy to find this space. Very close to everything, and a gorgeous view of the bay! We felt so safe in the area, even to go for a run as a woman alone. Thanks so much for accommodating us😊

Our stay at the beach house was great! You couldn't be closer to the water! So much fun kayaking, floating and swimming in the lake! House is much better than the pictures do it justice. For a 2 bedroom house its very big and spacious, beds were extremely comfortable. The no wifi was a little bit of a downer but there were plenty of board games to play. There is some street noise but not bad at all. Would most definitely recommend if you are looking for waterfront property. The access to the resort pool was a plus too for the kiddos!

A great spot tucked away!! House was cute and as shown in the pictures, is right on the water and has some great views! It rained the majority of the time we were there so didn’t get to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities, but would have if better weather! Host was very friendly, communicative and responsive!

We had a wonderful time! Going during off season was very peaceful and quiet will definitely book again in the future!

My return visit to the Boathouse was even lovelier than I hoped it would be. The location can't be matched by anything else I've seen. I enjoyed a September visit with my dog and was lucky to have pristine weather. I lived a very simple and healthy outdoors life and came home the better for it. The Boathouse is true to its description: it is simple and rustic and uncomplicated but well-equipped, and is perfect for one-and-dog, or for two people. A little coming-and-going from the neighboring houses meant that I didn't feel isolated. Margaret is truly an exceptional and friendly host who communicates promptly and clearly. I almost hesitate to share "my" Boathouse location with too many of my back-home friends because it feels so intimate and special. I already want to be back there. I offer my deep thanks to Margaret and to the place that I could - briefly - call home.

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

Great stay near the sea. Very well located. Clean. There were 5 of us and everyone loved it. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful week with Brian's condo as a "home base" - we truly felt at home. It was chock full of small and big touches (toiletries/supplies! paper goods! plentiful sheets and towels! beach towels! to name a few) and surprises (generous snacks greeting us on arrival) that made us feel spoiled. The condo was a great size with an open kitchen/common area and large patio. We were familiar with the area but not Ocean Park Meadows, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely property and amenities (especially the pool, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole) and how well maintained they were. The condo was a quick 2 block walk to the beach, made easy (even with alot of stuff and three kids) with the beach wagon available for our use. Brian was a perfect balance of being proactive, informative, and accommodating while letting us "do our thing". We loved how "our" beach was quiet and nestled between the more bustling OOB and OP areas; the neighborhood, too. We'll be back!

What a wonderful spot! Gorgeous, quiet pond and relaxing wood fired sauna. Rheanna is a super responsive and helpful host. We'll be back! Just FYI - this cabin is a "three season" structure. Although it was super comfortable, it felt a little more like camping than we originally expected with some cool nights and mornings, a few insect frinds, and a short walk to the shared bathrooms and kitchen area.

We had an amazing time at the Aslan house with our dogs. It has a beautiful view of the lake and just a short walk to the beach. It is peaceful and quiet, super clean & cozy. The host was very friendly and we can’t wait to come back again. Thank you!!

micheles place was incredibly well stocked with helpful and cute amenities and convenience items! the view and accessibility to the beach is incredible. Michele was very welcoming and we appreciated all of the recommendations she provided. the guest house is quite small but met my and my husband's needs for a quick getaway. thank you for your hospitality!

Jennifer's place is so interesting, clean and tastefully decorated! We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely would return there, as many guests do. Be sure to check out the wonderful nearby Salt Water Cod Cafe and the many Maine-made things from Seaside Creations on the road to the Giant Steps on Bailey's Island. Also, the chocolate from Jennifer's candy store up the road is really good. Thank you Jennifer for making this experience possible!

I had an amazing stay at the Islesboro Boathouse! The location was incredibly quiet and peaceful — a perfect getaway if you're looking to relax and recharge. The setting was beautiful, and I truly felt removed from the hustle and bustle. Mark was an incredible host — so kind and helpful, especially with navigating the ferry and anything else I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing apartment at a great location! Lots of character and the newly renovated kitchen was a plus. Very quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax. Ryan and Lauren’s Phippsburg home could quite possibly be my favorite AirBnb yet! Situated right beside the river, it had a great sense of place, with stirring views from the dining room windows. I could tell a lot of thought was put into making our stay comfortable, from the well-stocked kitchen (perfect for self-caterers) to the fiction and non-fiction books stacked throughout the house (a great array of titles inspired by the setting) to the collection of local attraction recommendations (found some new-to-us gems!). I didn’t even need to supply my own laundry detergent as in many other rentals. Everyone from our young kiddos to our golden retriever mix had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Thanks so much!
