Little Monticello is a spacious 3 bedroom home one block away from the beautiful river front. Great walking paths. Walking distance to downtown Newburgh dining and shops. The master bedroom has a king size bed , bedroom # 2 has a queen size bed and dressing table. Bedroom #4 has a set of twin size bunks. Bedrooms 1&2 have TV’s in them. The side porch is great for relaxing or hanging out with the little ones. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the kitchen area behind the barn door.

Restored 1938 home with original oak floors. You will have this sunny and homey house all to yourself. We have WiFi. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and only 3 blocks from the Ohio River and the River Walk. There are a couple of restaurants that overlook the river and within walking distance. We have plenty of grocery stores, pharmacies, gas, a theatre and only 10 minutes from the east side of Evansville. Newburgh is a great walking town with historical houses and civil war history.

Beautiful updated home! Had high end appliances, tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable! Loved the great water pressure.Enjoyed the big screen tvs. Outside was very manicured. Enjoyed the big covered porch as it rained a lot. Kaci and Chuck’s place is exactly what we needed for the week we visited family. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed how peaceful it was. We even brought our chihuahua and she loved it! It felt like a French lakeside cottage, very clean and well stocked for everything we needed. We’ve found a home away from home for when we visit family and will be back!

Kelly was an excellent host and made check in /check out easy and made sure we had snacks on hand and all the necessities for the weekend .
