The home is heated with an air to air pump and radiators. The radiators in the two bedrooms with single beds are not working. The house is rented out minutes for 5 days during the same rental period.

Lovely cottage only 400 meters from the beach

Cozy and well-maintained cottage within walking distance to child-friendly bathing beach close to forest and nature. The house is on one level with room for 5-6 guests and an annex with room for 2. In the bedroom there is a bed of 160x200 and in the living room a sofa bed of about the same size when it is turned out, in the other room there is a bed of 120x200 where there is room for 2 children/young people. The annex contains a bed of 140x200, it is insulated and has a radiator. Some will think that 7 adults are too many due to the size of the house.

Lovely newly renovated apartment close to nice condition and swimming opportunities. Located in quiet surroundings with lovely outdoor amenities. Close to all the sights of Djursland, Randers and Aarhus, good fishing opportunities in the coastal areas as well as long bike paths along the sea. In the forests around the apartment there are plenty of opportunities to experience the animals as well as the lovely nature the area offers. Good shopping possibilities within 5 to 10 minutes drive depending on which grocery store is chosen.

Modern and cozy summer house with a private garden with a lovely view.. The residence is very bright with many windows for natural light, fresh kitchen and the bed rooms are quite large with very comfortable beds. We spent three nights here during a weekend, but we would easily stay here for longer! We visited Djurs Sommerland for two days which is 30 minutes away.

A recreational area is presented, featuring two billiard tables under green pendant lights. A table tennis setup is visible in the corner. The flooring is light wood, complemented by potted plants along the walls, and colorful artwork adds a vibrant touch.

A very beautiful location equipped with everything you need, cleanliness, tranquility and relaxation spaces for the whole family from children to adults (parks, indoor and outdoor pools, spa). Everything was excellent.

We were a family of 16 who spent the weekend at the cottage. An extremely well-functioning summerhouse with everything we needed. With 4 small children, it was brilliant with sound-reducing ceilings. Once over the weekend, we had to contact the landlord. And here we experienced a quick response time. The cottage was clean and tidy upon arrival. So all in all, a good and positive experience.

An outdoor deck includes a round table surrounded by six wooden chairs, featuring a mix of natural wood tones and a yellow chair. The space is framed by trees in a garden, providing a relaxed setting for outdoor dining or gatherings.

We spent a wonderful week with our two sons in the lovingly furnished vacation home of Dorte and Flemming. We felt immediately comfortable. The living and dining area is very spacious and in the kitchen there is everything you need. The bedrooms in the upper area are very tastefully decorated. The large garden with hot tub, fireplace, ball games, dartboard is simply great.... Within 10 to 15 minutes, you are at the beach and the harbor. We would love to come again. Thank you!
