We have mountain bikes and 2 electric scooters for guests to reach Arco or the beach in a few minutes. In the garden, grill area with shaded tables, swimming pool with jacuzzi and children's area, sun loungers, tennis court\basketball court\soccer, ping pong, foosball. Playground with swings and slides. Wifi connection even outdoors.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this home by Lake Garda. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. Emilianio is a very nice host who is also flexible to extra requests. So he opened the pool for us earlier every morning so we could go swimming in the morning. There are several beautiful hikes in the immediate vicinity. We enjoyed the tranquility and beautiful scenery very much. The apartment is very nice as in the pictures and the beds are very comfortable. It was very pleasant that Emiliano's restaurant offers excellent food, which you can also enjoy directly in the apartment, if desired. All in all highly recommended!

Wonderful stay in this beautiful spacious house. Clean beds, comfortable sofa and great outdoor space. The point of attention is the somewhat limited inventory: there is little kitchen inventory, no tea and towels upon arrival, no potholders, etc. Two large cooking pans, but no saucepans etc. The dishwasher didn't work but the host offered to get repaired immediately. When this did not fit in the mechanic's schedule, we got the missing items to be able to wash up ourselves and extra tea towels etc. We are positive and will definitely come back again in this beautiful area and in this house.
