Cottage vacation rentals in Bollenstreek

What an amazing place to stay it with kids, there was so much space around the lodge which all felt really safe to let them explore different activities. There was a quite a few groups there but it was never noisy or overcrowded. The lodges were really cool and different to what we stayed in previously, it did go a little cold one of the nights we were there but they were still comfortable and nice (you can rent heaters if needed). We would 100% come back in the future if we travel that way again. We went for a trip to Amsterdam which was easy to get to and Sprookjeswonderland which I would recommend too with children under 6/7

Perla's geusthouse was superb, everything about both Perla and the house was amazing from the moment we got there - beating our expectations for the property and hosting skills. We had an amazing time and would 100% recommend this air bnb to anyone looking for a super relaxing, cosy, clean, private, easy to get to and accommodation with plenty of available amenities, including (but not limited to) hot tub, outdoor seating and bbq, cosy well equipped indoor kitchen and living room. 10/10 would stay again!

We had a lovely time in IJsselstein, it is a wonderful cottage with peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Jokelien was a fantastic host, very flexible and helpful. Can only recommend, would love to come back!

Very nice stay! Had quick, friendly and helpful contact in advance about a demand for charging stations (they are there and also often available). Cottage itself was clean and nice and there were slippers and a bathrobe ready for the hot tub. Surroundings are quiet and there is plenty to do in terms of hiking, etc. Possibly also bicycles for rent at the reception (we did not do it). We enjoyed it!

We found a lovingly designed, in every way very well-equipped house. Everything was like described and as pictured. The house is quietly located very close to the dunes. In the garden we saw a rabbit almost every day. Esther, the manager, was very friendly and responded super quickly and immediately found solutions for everything. We enjoyed our stay and would vacation here again. Thank you!

Super friendly staff. The place was as pictured and everything was very clean. Check-in and check-out worked without any problems. Very great park. I highly recommend it. Perfect for children.

We had a lovely holiday with six adults. Everything worked wonderfully. The hot tub is great! Everything was clean and exactly as it was described on the photos. The communication with the owner is great, she responds quickly and kindly. We would go back there anytime. One car can park right in front of the house, the other in front of the residential park in a free parking lot. The path is about 5 minutes - everything is easily accessible. Shopping can also be reached directly within 4 minutes by car. It is highly recommended.

Fantastic place with fantastic host. Claudia is the most easy going land lord, very communicative and helpful. For sure we will come back everytime when in in town AND - it was not our first time with Claudia's accommodation. Best recommendation from us!

What a beautiful and inviting lake home very close to Gouda and all local transportation. It was fast travel to Rotterdam and only an hour from Amsterdam / both were easy access through the local train station Gouda Gowervelle. We enjoyed all the running and biking paths along the lake and canals. Shopping and sightseeing in Gouda was fun as well! (Enjoyed the cheese museum which is perfect for kids of all ages. ) The lake house was a perfect setting, neighbors are friendly and quiet and the home is spacious enough for 4 or small families and it’s simply beautiful . Enjoyed!! Great hosts and very responsive! Highly recommend.

Beautiful house and perfect host!

The house was a 10 out of 10 for us. The location of the house, the amenities, the wonderful balcony towards the water with the ducks was simply an absolute dream.

Angelique picked us up right at the parking lot and showed us everything in detail. She even brought my suitcase to the house in a wheelbarrow and organized a boat for us for two days, absolutely great! The cottage is in an absolutely quiet location, right on a canal and beautifully decorated. Just perfect to spend a few quiet days. Absolute tip, you can even take a boat directly into the city, dock there and shop, eat or shop :) We'd love to come back anytime!

We had wonderful days at Frederika's, the place looks even prettier in real life than in the pictures. Special highlight in addition to the incredibly beautiful view - the rowboat! Which we were allowed to borrow free of charge! Small but nice. Would definitely recommend it! Note: Wi-Fi is certainly not required in such an environment, but would have made the stay even more pleasant. Thank you!

Frank and Tucha‘s apartment is an absolut Pearl of an Airbnb. We felt super welcomed, the apartment is as described and looks as it’s published online. Compared to other Airbnb’s, the apartment (bedroom / bathroom / livingroom and especially the kitchen) is fully equipped including all necessities and tools you‘d wished or could ask for. The interior is quite stylish and still in perfect shape. We had a couple of amazing days (pure sunshine) and enjoyed the huge garden after chilling at the beach for some barbecue or just some peaceful hours. We will certainly come back! We spent a week with our dog at the place and had a great time. The apartment is perfect for a vacation with a dog – just a few minutes by car from the beach and about 20 minutes to the center of Amsterdam. So we could enjoy both beach and city vacations. The apartment is a bit small, but very cozy and ideal for two people. Particularly practical is the small, private front garden with seating – perfect for dog owners or smokers. Communication with the host was excellent: friendly, helpful and always available without being intrusive. We were completely satisfied and even spontaneously extended our stay. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Warm welcome from host Sandra. The apartment is lovingly designed and lovingly furnished in a maritime style. Perfect amenities, really everything you need is available. The small bathroom is very modern with a very spacious shower cubicle. Sandra and Ed are always available and quick to respond. Please be sure to visit the recommended restaurants, all 3 were excellent. We were on site for 9 nights, felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the apartment!

Gerrit Jan was the BEST Airbnb host we have EVER had!!! We had been planning to walk from the train station and we were so shocked when he offered to pick us up! He was there waiting and was so friendly and hospitable. Throughout our 5 nights there we loved talking to him and we had great conversations. His garden house is so cute and beautifully decorated and we loved that it is located right on a canal and footsteps away from shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved Leiden!!! The buildings and streets are so beautiful! We had so much fun walking and biking along the canals and checking out the Saturday market, and it was easy to travel by train to Amsterdam, Haarlem, Delft, etc for fun day trips. We really recommend staying here!

Was a beautiful spot with amazing and friendly hosts. The breakfast they provided is delicious and such a nice touch. It was very clean & accommodating. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again! It was located in a nice quiet area but was also very accessible to public transit which made travelling around very easy. Also had a small park nearby which our son loved!

Timo is a super friendly, attentive and helpful host. We found the beach house even more beautiful on site than already visible in the photos - very clean, cozy and functional. On the beautiful terrace you could have a good breakfast and relax in peace. The beach is within easy walking distance. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely book this place again. The Weidehuisje is truly a magical place for relaxation. The view was beautiful on the water and the cows. Schermerhorn is a very sweet place with a fantastic landscape. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need.
