The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

If you want to warm up in the evening, you can swim or light a fire in the barbecue hut Nearby is a swimming jetty in Antorpa lake and Mästocka lake as well as nature reserves in Bökeberg and Bölarp. 10 minutes away by car is Veinge where you will find a pizzeria, grocery store, kiosk and outdoor swimming area.

On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Most welcome to spend a few nights in our cozy guesthouse in Swedish rural idyll. The farm is located within walking distance of the lake and forest. The home is simple, a kitchen and bedroom with a private entrance in an old brew house. The house is carefully renovated with clay and linseed oil, organic, healthy and recycled materials. The accommodation is not perfect but has very simple style but with warm water and heating. On the property, there are farms, cats and sheep to visit.

Very fresh and light studio on the second floor with kitchen, dining table double bed and bed sfa. Exit from the room to own terass withview to west and the foresst and a field. Bath room with shower is on the first floor. Within 5km there is two lakes with beach, 15 min. drive to the sand beaches in Lahoms bay, close to forrests and naturparks. Approx 30 min. drive to Vallåsens skiing resort on Hallandsåsen. A travell bed for babies is avalible.
