Boat place at private dock for smaller boat At 25 sqm you will find 4 beds (sleeping loft and sofa bed), fully equipped kitchen (though no oven) as well as modern bathroom with underfloor heating. There is ac and wifi in the house. A well-stocked balcony with outdoor furniture in the summer. 150-200 m away you will find the above mentioned bathing areas. In Saxemara there is also a country shop with a good selection. 7km away is Ronneby.

The cottage is located at the far end of a peninsula and accessed by car. Nearby are shipyards, cafe and shop. Perfect stay for water activities, fishing, exploring nature or just relaxing. Garden with grass lawn for games and play. Trampoline is available. TV and Wifi are available. Full access to the whole house and grounds except for storage rooms.

Modernt hus med alla bekvämligheter. Huset ligger i sydvästläge med viss havsutsikt. Stor altan på 90m2 med grill, vedeldad pizza ugn och bord för 6 personer. Det finns flera fina badplatser med mindre sandstränder i området (100-1000m ). Enklare roddbåt med 5hk motor finns nere vid stranden (upp till ~4 personer). Huset ligger i en bokskog med stora träd inpå knuten. Husets lummiga läge gör att det är svalt även under högsommaren. Bra fiskevatten där man kan få gädda, abborre, torsk mm.

Amazing New house by the sea!

This place was such a unique gem to spend a few days in the Swedish countryside. The villa was really nice and cosy and matched the photos well. The best part, however, was the truly unique location right at the harbour front, with beautiful views over the garden, harbour and animal life (including some sweet ducks in the garden). We tried a few of the restaurants at the harbour and truly enjoyed eating at "Wägga Fisk & Delikatessrökeri" which also had an ice cream shop. The host Johan was very responsive and replied quickly to any messages. Very happy with this stay and would highly recommend to anyone.

Great stay at an awesome apartment. We had a great time at this Airbnb apartment. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The apartment is modern, very clean and very well equipped. The location was ideal for us, everything very accessible by car. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely book again. The vacation was beautiful and it was fun to get to know Ola a little. Nice little house with surprisingly good kitchen amenities. The Baltic Sea is very close, the boat, which you can rent from Ola for a good price, is really a great addition.

A wonderful place to unwind! The house is as beautiful as depicted. Gorgeous views and sunsets from the deck. A great plus is the sauna! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Erik’s place. Highly recommended!

We felt completely comfortable in Ola's house. The surroundings were usually very quiet - in the morning sometimes military planes flew over the house, which was briefly loud, but did not bother us. The sea is really right around the corner, in the evening the rabbits are hopped through the front yard, on the way to the house we always saw deer and at night the starry sky was sensational. The house is well furnished and in the well equipped kitchen we could cook well. We got help with any questions quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Linda has been a really lovely host, very welcoming and always quick to respond. The house is located in beautiful green surroundings, completely private and close to opportunities to get in the water from a small boat bridge. The house is sealed well equipped in every way. You feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. Highly recommend.
