The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

First of all, I have to admit that Luciana is amazing! He responded to all messages promptly and responded to two requests without any difficulty. The location is great and you just have to cross the street to get to the beach (tower 11). The apartment has all the amenities needed for a peaceful stay on the beach! I highly recommend the place and, especially, Luciana!!!

Everything is beautiful! The apartment is just like the photos. The complex and location are divine. Just keep in mind that the complex is located on the hill, so everything is steep and the distances are more complicated to walk than what the complex appears.

We were super well received, Taciano was very kind and attentive. The bungalow is very cozy, beautiful, everything is very clean, exactly as shown in the photos. It has a super different view, we loved it and would definitely come back. The condominium pools are excellent for both children and adults. The only point of attention is that this location is further away from the center.

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. We loved the apartment: spacious, beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable. Just like the photos in the listing, it has a large living room, large windows where a lot of natural light enters, a beautiful view, air-conditioning, in short, we would definitely come back! Extremely nice and comfortable house. The listing matches what we found on site. We were 6 adults and 3 young children. The house space was more than enough for all of us. The condominium is great, appears to be safe and has many leisure options. Access to the beach is easy, you can walk or you can go by car and park at the condominium entrance. The beach spot is really cool, with a good structure for eating and drinking. Bathroom and shower have to go to the condominium, but it's very close, no problem therefore. The condominium's valet service is also great with a 10-star staff. I have absolutely nothing to complain about the accommodation. Joyce was also perfect. Very friendly and helpful Always responding very quickly. It would definitely return .

Wlamir's service was excellent. He allowed us to check in earlier and even check out later. He always kept in touch with us and provided us with everything we could do in the house. 100% recommended

Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. Lavinia is a great host and her place is absolutely fantastic. Everything went well and I super recommend. It was just a pity they didn’t allowed to have my uncle and aunt that were hosted in a hotel nearby to enter in the condo to have a dinner with us, which I think was too drastic and from a person renting a full house I would like to be able to. Everything else was just fine.

The house is excellent: clean, organized and very well cared for. The towels and linens were fragrant and in great condition. You have comfortably accommodated our group of 8 people. The condominium is sensational, with several leisure options, in addition to being very beautiful and quiet. All guests have enjoyed their stay. The house is on the last streets of the condominium, but you can drive to the entrance and cross the avenue to the beach easily. We highly recommend it!

The house is excellent and the condominium wonderful. The highlight of the house is the support of Lene, who was super cool and helped us feel at home. Clean pool, good barbecue and the condominium with many things to do. The house is at the end of the condo, but there are vacancies from the condo itself near the beach to drive us.
