A newly built cottage with room for many, in quiet area with 3 km from Luleå city center. The house is child-friendly and can accommodate larger groups of shorter periods and smaller groups for longer periods. Heat control on the wall with floor heating in all the rooms. Good ventilation! Patio, access to yard and outdoor areas. Proximity to shop and kiosk. Let us know and we'll guide or give tips on places! Ormberget's outdoor area is 10 minutes walk from the accommodation as well as Skurholmsberget. quiet, quiet with a nice view!

Relax and snuggle in this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while reaching Piteå center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4 you only have 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make fire at the barbecue area, dock berries, ski and ice skating during the winter months. Here you also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic year-round!

With forrest behind, and meadow beside, this is as close to nature you can get and still be near bus stop and food store, 1 & 10 min walks. Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Two extra beds can be supplied, six persons can comfortably live in this large house. This is a home, not a hotel. Please leave it as you found it, clean. Please read the extra house rules first!

Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.

A wonderful cozy accommodation! We were 4 people, we came to celebrate the student. Had a nice time here. Ulrika was so nice in the communication. They left the gifts for us on the table - chips, candy and student balloons with bands - it was a nice surprise❤️ We also had family friends (5 people) who stayed with us. The house is large, there was enough room for everyone. Highly recommended! We'll be back sometime.

Robin's house is a real gem. Everything is available for a wonderful stay and the area is beautiful. There is a ski slope close by and you can do a trek with huskies or a snowmobile. It is not super touristy so you can also take beautiful walks without encountering someone. This way you can enjoy winter wonderland at the fullest. Communication with Robin also went very smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to go to Lapland!

We had a wonderful stay! Faustine was very warm and showed us everything in peace. The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel at home. It is excellently equipped, we didn't miss anything. The beds were very comfortable and the location is wonderfully quiet. Especially the view from the terrace is an absolute dream – perfect for relaxing. We would come back anytime!

The house is truly amazing : clean, big, really well equipped and well situated. The landlord is really nice and reactive, her instructions are cleared. We had a really good time renting this house, I would recommend it to everyone !

this was the best home we stayed in in all of sweden. the people from guestly are open and willing to think with you on so many ways. there was a bottle of champange on the counter when we arrived with a lot of chips. my boyfriend and i got engaged at this home and got some amazing photos. we even got 2 bottles of wine from our host because they were so exited for us. we even had contact after our stay because they were so lovely. we hope we can come back for our honeymoon after we get married, that would be amazing. we also had a problem with the dishwasher and they where there to fix it in just 15 minutes. thank you again for being part of the best trip of our lives. kind regard, Sinsy.

The place was just great! Everything is brand new, high-quality and furnished with a lot of love for detail – modern, stylish and very cozy. You can tell right away that someone really thought about it here. The surroundings are fantastic with countless opportunities for walking in the forest or on the beach. Contact with the hosts was consistently warm and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable. For us, one of the most beautiful accommodations on our two-month tour of Scandinavia.
