Our spacious studio of approximately 43 m² is located on the edge of the beautiful town of Oudewater and in the middle of the peat meadow area of the green heart. The studio is a lovely space to relax for a weekend and enjoy nature but also a nice place to stay longer and discover the surrounding cities. The studio includes 2 bicycles with which you can reach the supermarket in 2 minutes and stand in about 5 minutes in the picturesque center of Oudewater with delicious restaurants.

Beautiful cottage located close to the Reeuwijkse Plassen. Close to Gouda, Oudewater and Bodegraven. Ideal for people who enjoy peace and nature. Walk or cycle along the beautiful Reeuwijkse Plassen. The home is energy neutral by means of heat pump, solar panels and WTW. Underfloor heating in the cold days and underfloor cooling in the hot summer days. Full kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, freezer, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

The Reeuwijkse Plassen and its surroundings is a beautiful nature reserve. The view is breathtaking. The lakes are clean, so that you can swim wonderfully in open water. The cottage is new and equipped with every comfort, you can bring the laundry to the hostess if necessary (not free of charge) Parking is available near the studio free of charge. Pets are allowed to come, but may not walk loose at the nursery. It cost 10 euros per animal an additional cleaning fee.

My house is cozy and cozy. A big sofa with lots of pillows, an American fridge and an open kitchen. A nice dining room table with comfortable chairs and a super nice bathroom with a bathtub and romantic lighting. The bed is king size 2.10 m with a lovely mattress. Lots of candles , lights and details with natural colors and materials. You will definitely feel at home there! At the back is a very large parking lot where you can park the car for free.
