Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.

A tree-lined street is depicted, with large trees casting dappled shadows on the pavement. Cars are parked along both sides of the road, and a sense of calm is provided by the greenery. Residential buildings are visible on either side, creating a tranquil neighborhood atmosphere.

Me and my partner stayed at this lovely accommodation which backs off to stadtwald which has a local beer garden and lake with lots of beautiful surroundings, we stayed for weekend and felt right at home, Artur and saskia were lovely hosts taking our luggage for us before check in so we could explore Krefeld without the hassle of carrying our suitcases. The home is unlike anything we’ve stayed in before and is definitely our favourite one to date. We will definitely be coming back here for all of our future visits to Krefeld. I proposed at the property as well as it was just the perfect setting for it and we had the most amazing weekend together and felt right at home within the apartment. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Krefeld it has all the amenities of a house you could think of and more. Thank you again Artur and Saskia for your hospitality and attention to detail, also for the bakery food which we loved! All the best Ryan and Rebecca.

Our stay was just amazing! The place was great. Stylishly furnished and offered all the amenities one could ask for. The location was perfect, quiet yet central. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always available. We felt very well taken care of.

Colin was an excellent host and the space is located directly next to a very beautiful park. He was super helpful throughout my time and I definitely recommend.

Andre is more than a super host and went far and beyond to help me with everything from settling in, to even sort out things that I would have not managed to do! We enjoyed our short stay (2 nights) in Nadja's great apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated and leaves nothing to be desired. The large loggia invites you to sit outside, the tranquility and the view of the countryside particularly pleased us. The communication with Nadja was cordial, check-in and check-out were straightforward. Thank you, Nadja, for the treats in the fridge. We will be happy to come back!
