We had another great time at the property! We returned for the second year, as last year was superb. We had an amazing time again. We loved the hospitality, the premises, the cleanliness, the responsiveness. The host has spoiled us! It is rare to find all those in one place and to also get what you see in the pictures. It is a place where we relaxed and felt at home. The hosts made us feel at home. The location is perfect and we had privacy, space and all the amenities to make it enjoyable. The space is great for families of all ages. Thank you for taking such great care of us and we look forward to coming back next year. Thank you!!!

Kato Spiti is absolutely stunning. The villa is beautifully presented, with stylish furnishings and a stunning outside space. It is fully equipped with everything you might need. We stayed for 2 weeks enjoying the gorgeous pool and the surrounding area. The area is so peaceful and lovely and you also feel very secure within the villa walls. Marko is the perfect host - attentive and friendly. Excellent on recommendations and advice of the local area, from places to eat and visit. We will definitely be back! We loved Zakynthos and Kato Spiti! Thank you Marko!

The place was as described, relatively small and simple, but super sufficient. The location was very good, you were on the outskirts of Zakynthos city, slightly higher with wonderful views of the city and the sea as soon as you left the house. Angelina always responded super quickly and helped wherever she could. We once had to call a locksmith. Despite the fact that this happened on a Sunday, Angelina took great care and managed to order a locksmith. She always asked if everything was good, and answered all questions excellently and gave great tips. The stay was great, but you need a car or scooter to reach all the beautiful and small beaches and bays. Even before the trip, I had inquired with her where you can rent good rental cars, and she was already very helpful. All in all a very successful stay - I would come back!
