Wonderful hosts; friendly and responsive. Great location that was close to the main shops, pubs and restaurants in Hexam as well as for visiting Hadrian's Wall. Extremely well equipped and clean. Highly recommend.

Fantastic weekend stay in Newcastle! Christian was so friendly & accommodating for our stay, the apartment was stunning with everything we could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and everything felt luxurious, including the robes & fancy coffee machine. Being walking distance from st James park and city centre shops & restaurants was so handy. It was perfect for our weekend as wedding guests and exploring the city, only a quick taxi from the Airport as we flew in from Bristol as well which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here over a budget hotel as it had all the little extra home comforts, if I’m ever in Newcastle again I will be returning to this lovely apartment. I found Kay to be a helpful and responsive host. The apartment is exactly as in the photos and written description with high quality furniture and furnishings. It was easy to check in , Kay was waiting for us with the keys and parking permit and showed us around the apartment. We didn't move our car at all so the parking permit was a real boon. It was easy to walk from the apartment into the city and all of the attractions, bars and restaurants as it is downhill. We preferred to get a taxi back which were easy to find and not too expensive. I am happy to recommend Kay's apartment to others.

My partner and I had a great time staying at Debra’s place in Seaham! Exactly as described in the listing, the apartment was spotless and well presented, left us wanting for nothing. Debra was a great host, suggesting different local restaurants and points of interest. Ashoka Indian and The Lamp Room are both well worth a visit on the sea front. we needed a place to stay for 3 of us as we were spending the weekend at the Beamish museum. 15 mins away it was perfect for our needs. Joan was helpful and responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better host. highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at Ian’s place in Amble, amazing location for everything in Northumberland as well as plenty of nice cafes and restaurants in Amble. Super property for couple or families as well we’re with lots of games and children’s books as well as all the amenities you could need for a long or short stay. Would happily stay here again if we were holidaying in the north east of England again.

A very well equipped and quiet apartment on the edge of Rothbury in easy walking distance of local facilities. It might have proved challenging to find but Matthew's directions were easy to follow. Everything we required was available and although we did not meet Matthew, he responded immediately to any inquiries we made.

Second time staying at this beautiful cottage and hopefully not our last. Such a nice location, John and Marion are great hosts. The cottage is spotless and has lots of nice touches. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic stay, felt like a home from home. Lovely garden, good parking, well-located for shops and places to eat, near to beaches and just generally a great place to stay. Great communication from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous place no expense spared in the accommodation. Could not say a negative word about it . French restaurant and the Indian restaurant were excellent . Great place for exploring other surrounding areas . Corbridge is really worth a visit too and only a few miles away .

The photos do not do the place justice - it is absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully decorated. So much bigger than it looked online too and we had a great stay. The only issue we had was that the hot water stopped working mid way through the day. Elizabeth was super helpful and responsive to the problem but we had to be in Newcastle for early evening so it meant 6 of our party had to have freezing cold showers one day as the water took too long to come back on. Other than that, I can’t fault it. Surroundings are beautiful. So peaceful and yet close to shops, airport (25 mins), a gorgeous spa (matfen hall), and a 35 min minibus to Newcastle. Would recommend to all.

Linda's apartment was a great place to stay to visit Alnwick and the surrounding area. it was close to shops and restaurants but also very quiet. The apartment was beautiful my clean and well equipped and also extremely comfortable. communication was great and access to the apartment was easy. We would recommend this property for a visit to Alnwick and surrounding areas.

Very comfortable, everything you could need was provided. Helpful information in folder within the apartment which answered all the questions about the apartment and the area. Parking easy with clear instructions provided. Amazing view of castle and great to watch the lighting of the beacon in remembrance of VE Day from window. All in all, a great apartment in a great location with seamless communication with owners. Thank you.

Fabulous attic flat with great views and right in the middle of town. So much space and airy feel with all the windows. Loved the open plan kitchen. Parking was fine and the hosts instructions were spot on. Fantastic art gallery round the corner. The castle and Gardens were everything we hoped for.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend celebrating with family who live locally. The apartment was perfect, great location, clean, and just want we needed. The hot tub was a complete win with our children. The courtyard is private and a real sun trap. We will be back.

Myself, my partner and friends visited for the weekend and had a fab time. Lesley-Ann was a brilliant host and the apartment was beautiful in the perfect location. The handbook was filled with loads of info on things to do, recommended restaurants and bars etc. Would 100% stay again and would recommend highly ❤️

Communication has been excellent since the day I booked to the day you met us when we arrived. Seeing my parents smiles when we walked in told me I had made the right choice, you were so welcoming and the views from the living room are amazing, everything was fantastic and your advice on where to go for the football was perfect 👌🏻 Communication has been excellent and it was so good to meet you on our arrival, hopefully we will return in the near future as there are still many places to return to for more reminiscing.
