Kilquite Barn is a fabulous Light living space with a private enclosed garden. It’s is set in a quiet rural area, with little noise other than the birds and tractors!! The perfect spot for a rest from the City. Fabulous walks locally, peppered with great pubs ,open fires, serving delicious grub! Down stairs are two double rooms (1xdouble bed &1 king OR 2 singles) and a spacious bathroom with shower. Underfloor heating down stairs. Access is from the back. Well behaved dogs are welcome..:-)

Swallows Nest is situated in the countryside, with views up to Caradon Hill, you can see the old Phoenix Tin Mine from the lounge window, now derelict, but worth a visit!
