We absolutely loved our stay at C & S – it truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were especially touched by the thoughtful toy corner they set up for our 2-year-old daughter—she walked in and exclaimed, “Wow, this is so amazing!” It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Lovely, cozy cottage in a safe town with a beautiful view! The bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean. We appreciated the little sweet touches that were left for myself, my husband and our pup. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Patchogue and would absolutely stay here again whenever we come back to visit!

Easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. The home is truly exceptional—newly renovated in 2025 and looks like something straight out of Architectural Digest. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed and executed to the highest standard. The space was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Highlights include a stunning new pool, central A/C, reverse osmosis water filter, bright modern lighting, strong water pressure, a luxurious clawfoot tub, even high grade 18/10 silverware. The bedsheets were unbelievably soft—100% long-staple cotton—and made for an incredibly restful stay. What really stood out was the host’s hospitality. Karen went above and beyond to accommodate our toddler, providing a cot, booster seat, bibs, child-friendly dishes, and more. She also had a handy man and pool person come by. The location was perfect, walkable to Main Street. We truly didn’t want to leave. If you’re lucky enough to find this place, book it now!

Nerlly’s place was absolutely beautiful and cozy! The location is super quiet and you feel incredibly safe and content during your stay. The bed and couch were so comfortable which definitely helped after two nights in a row of concerts! The space was absolutely perfect for my sister, friend, and I. We were completely comfortable and felt so safe during our stay. I definitely recommend staying here!
