Townhome vacation rentals in Blue Mountain Beach

This house was very clean and had everything needed for a family of four. Carolyn, the host, was extremely easy to communicate with and we couldn't have been happier with out stay. We will look at this location for our future trips to the area

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

5 star rating!!! I really enjoyed our stay! I will definitely be back! It was so peaceful, the house was very clean! The location is close to everything and the pictures matched the actual house! This stay Definitely felt like home away from home. Ainslie was sweet, very informative, and quick to respond to any concerns i had dealing with our visit!

Loved our stay! It was our first time to the area and it was just as we’d hoped! The location could not have been more perfect… close to the pool and the Big Chill! Our kids rode the bikes out every night and met tons of other kids- we felt really safe letting them ride around! The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. The downstairs living room furniture was very comfortable- we all took turns falling asleep on it 😆 The bikes and beach toys were definitely a bonus!

We had so much fun on our family vacation here! It was amazing being right across from the Big Chill. Kids had so much fun! We used the golf cart to visit Seaside and a couple of the nearby public beaches and loved that option- plus having the umbrella, tent, and beach toys ready for us was priceless. Alys Beach and Rosemary are a close drive but don’t allow golf carts. Great location to explore though! We’ll be back! The house was clean and beautiful. Honestly better than the photos. We were impressed the second we walked in! Communication and check-in was easy too. 10/10 recommend!

This was our second year staying at this location. Love the location, located perfectly between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Has a great pool at the complex and is located just a drive away from multiple beach accesses. George was always responsive and gave great recommendations. Looking forward for our trip next year and plan to stay here again.

This is the third time that we’ve stayed at Kim’s place. It’s a perfect vacation spot for our family, with plenty of room to grow. Our little kids think it’s “our beach house”, which speaks to how comfortable our stay is here. It’s very accommodating, and has everything we need. All we need to do is bring our luggage and groceries and we are set for the week! We had something unexpected happen to us on the first day of the trip, and Kim was quick to reach out with some helpful advice. We love the place so much that we’ve already booked a week for next year!

Perfect! Location is wonderful - away from big crowds and big development, but a short bike ride to restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The private beach was uncrowded with pristine white sand and gorgeous turquoise water. Five mature, yet active women loved it and hope to return for next year’s “girls trip.”

this place was beautiful, and the view was stunning. we had two balconies that face the beach. Lots of morning coffee, and lunches were enjoyed on those balconies. everything was clean and easy to find. the beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. I honestly wish we had been able to stay longer, but had to come back to work. I'm a little disappointed in myself that I forgot to write in the guest book before we left. we had an amazing time and can't wait to come back.

We really enjoyed Andy’s place; using the bikes each day, playing games, pool and beach time. Andy’s place is conveniently located to everything. Even though we were on vacation, it certainly felt like the comforts of home ❤️. Book this place and you won’t be disappointed!!

This Airbnb was everything that we expected ! It was located in a perfect area that is close to all the beaches. It was one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The host was very responsive and wonderful with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The resort was quiet and family friendly. Check in was easy and was offered to us at noon because it was ready ahead of time. Location was perfect.. in the heart of many restaurants and activities for the whole family or 20 somethings. I would highly recommend using the golf cart it does make it easier if you have many things to carry.. we brought our own beach chairs so using the cart made it easier. We would definitely stay again when we return next year.

We had the best vacation staying at Mariana’s place! Everything was exactly as described, and Mariana was an incredible host. She was friendly, responsive, and accommodating! The house was perfect for our family and the location could not have been better. We had everything we needed for the beach at this house.. Our trip was one for the books and we hope to come back soon!

Loved staying here with my family it was the perfect in between when traveling to the 30a down town area or to Destin, beach is good driving distance not bad & felt right at home bedding was clean an comfy , lots of snacks in the pantry she even had cookies sent over from the neighbor who owns a bakery! All of the beach equipment was perfect So kind loved staying here highly recommended

Absolutely stunning home!! If you’re staying near Destin or in Florida book this home!!! Sarah was so helpful, very responsive and kind. The home was very clean (you can tell the actually clean it and not just pick it up after people leave) the shower was huge and very relaxing. The home had comfortable sofas and beds. The location was absolutely perfect! We drove an hour to a popular beach and realized all the beaches near Sarah’s home were soo much better (less crowds and cleaner beaches) This was a perfect trip to Florida for my family and coming home to a relaxing community made it so much better. We will come back soon! Thank you Sarah!!

Had a wonderful stay at Ali’s townhouse. Exactly as pictured and the beach is literally 30 steps from the back porch. Beach was almost like a private beach, just guests of the town homes unlike a 20 story condo resort. Perfect vacation for our family. Ali is a great host. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Pictures were 100 % accurate and the townhome is beautiful.

Drove from Chicagoland to this address. This did NOT disappoint! After seeking a comfortable place for 4 adults, the location/property was an absolute STANDOUT. This place is CLEAN. And the pool? 4 steps from the back door. OMG BEAUTIFUL. Pool is open until 11pm. WOW! The people? AWESOME! Pool depth - 6ft. WARM This host thought of everything to make you feel right at home. Bring your clothes and set up your Walmart pickup because you're not going to need anything else. STEPS FROM THE BEACH. And I mean STEPS. This was key, and absolutely gorgeous. STEPS from PCB night life and STEPS from anything you need if you do not want to drive. Did not disappoint. Hang a right, and go to Pier Park, and bring your dog to the beach. Hang a left and go to Capt. Jacks or the Wharf for the crab legs. EXQUISITE. You could walk to the coffee shop STEPS from this location every morning. I know, I did. If you rent this property, expect to have a WONDERFUL VACATION. Because I did. And you will too

Ashley’s place was awesome! I had an incredible time on the beach. It was so convenient to walk directly from the house to the beach. And dinner on the balcony overlooking the ocean was simply fantastic! The house is also great. It’s well-stocked with basic cooking essentials, so if you’re up for it, you can whip up a quick meal. But if you’re not in the mood to cook, there’s a fantastic seafood restaurant just a short walk away.

Such a cute place!! We loved the area….especially Seaside and Grayton Beach which are a quick easy drive!! Thank you Georgiana for sharing your beautiful place with us!! We had the best time!! 😊

Matthew was great host. The place was nice, clean, homey, and convenient location to the beach, stores, and restaurants. I appreciated he already had some beach items so we didn’t have to lug our stuff.
