The apartment, which is brand new, has a new kitchen and bathroom, ceiling for the kitchen, terrace, a well-functioning living room and bedroom with closet. The barn is next to our home. Good location in relation to North Zealand and Copenhagen, close to Nivå harbor and beach and possibility of public transport, train and bus (there is a bus to and from Kokkedal station 400 m from the house.

The house is located on a quiet plot with a short walking distance to the historic castle park, the pedestrian street and the station with only 35 minutes to Copenhagen. In addition to a new kitchen and bathroom, the house offers a spacious bedroom and a cozy living room. You have access to a washing machine by appointment. The house is ideal for two adults, but two children or adults can comfortably stay on the sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is part of a larger apartment, so the entrance and entrance are shared with the apartment upstairs.

What I love most about my apartment is that it's warm and full of light. No one can peek in, so you can walk around as you want. And it's so cozy to sleep in the loft. Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. Gribskov offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and much more. Esrum monastery is placed 100meter from the house, and offers museum and different activities. In the daytime there are a Café serving light dishes. Nearest grocery store is in the next village, 3km away.

Welcome to our lovely house with a great view to a small beautiful lake and close to the forrest. A short walk to the Allerød city and to the train station - 25 min. away from Copenhagen. In the garage you can park your car, and you can borrow our bikes to go for a bicycle trip. The house is perfekt for couples, businessmen and families with kids. We have installed a Tesla Wall Connector in the garage, which can be used for electric cars.
