An incredibly charming, rustic, simple and comfortable small cottage, in a gorgeous rural setting. Just as advertised. It was perfect. Right across the road is Tivoli Bays, with beautiful trails for walking and hiking, and a small waterfall too. If you like, it's just a short walk to Broadway, the main strip in the village of Tivoli. You'll find a few restaurant options, a small market, sandwich shop, excellent coffee, and homemade ice cream. I met Yuko who couldn't be nicer and was a pleasure to chat with. A great experience all around - highly recommend booking a stay!

We were stunned by how magical this place was with all it's uniqueness of historic house. Spotless clean, spacious, very friendly owners. Our kids loved running around the back yard and playing board games that were provided. We would definitely come back, the only thing we regret is that we couldn't stay for longer, the area is very picturesque. many thanks!

What a wonderful and unique space. A wide open room with a cozy bed area. The kitchen is well appointed as well. Just a short walk to Northampton's downtown but quiet with lovely gardens all around.

My fiancé and I stayed at Lambs hill to celebrate our anniversary. We had the most wonderful time. The views are breathtaking. The wrap around deck with jacuzzi and hammock made our stay calming and serene. I loved seeing the horses and donkeys throughout the day. They made the experience even more special and unique. Charlotte was super responsive and accommodating. We took cabs to Main Street at night for dinner and drinks and it was so close and convenient. I left my heart in lambs hill and can’t wait to return one day.

Cabin on Little River met our expectations and more. Myself, 2 sisters and my daughter wanted a quiet getaway. A charming open concept post and beam, pine floors and wood trim, woodstove for winter, deck with charcoal grill. It's very rural and IN the woods ( so bring bug repellant). Even though the host's home is visible you still feel tucked away. Kitchen and bath are modern and clean and the beds and livingroom were very comfortable. The soothing sound of the river is always present. It was relaxing to sit down in the adirondack chairs near its bank. The woods provide a place to walk. Lake is across the road. Glenn informed us of several events nearby that we were really interested in...but we never felt like leaving the cabin! There's a big firepit nearby and wood provided. Glenn is a wonderful host. A fellow artist, I asked to see his studio on the ground level. Even bought a couple small paintings. Do not hesitate to book this place if you are looking for a quiet respite!

We absolutely LOVED Erica’s place. It’s beautifully built and decorated with historic pieces and touches throughout, but it’s very livable and feels inviting. We cooked lots of meals in the kitchen and holed up cozily during a storm. We watched wildlife in the yard and the screened windows let in fresh air. The cottage feels really spacious and airy— we loved the touches like screened windows and the loft— And it’s right in town by a market, and minutes’ driving from multiple trails and beaches. We also spent a lot of time in nearby Provincetown. Coming back to the cottage after that felt quiet and private. We can’t recommend this spot highly enough!

Had a lovely stay. One of the closest properties to the Main Street in town, so you are able to relax in a quiet space but also go to and from town as often and as easily as you’d like. Host was very communicative, offering flexible check in and check out as well as local recommendations. Highly recommend.

This cozy cottage on a stream was as peaceful and quiet as it gets. Sophie was a terrific host who responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little place to stay, just was not aware that it was attached to a main house. Thought it was its own place other than that was very nice.

beth was wonderful. the place was great. she was so sweet and kind and made sure we had a great weekend. would definitely recommend. the pond with fish was fun to feed them. the little recommendations book she made was very helpful. we were there for an event over the weekend and it was very relaxing and we enjoyed our time.

Amazing hosts and an amazing place! The location was ideal for us, a nice quiet neighborhood away from the busy Boston area traffic but close enough to get downtown in a short drive. Also, the off-street parking spot was very convenient. The entire property is beautiful with well-maintained landscaping. James and Donny have done a terrific job decorating the apartment with high-end furnishings and all of the necessary amenities. The bed has a great mattress and is very comfortable. The fresh fruit, daily homemade muffins and continuously replenished cold water was above and beyond any other place we have been. We are so happy to have found this place and met such great people. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My husband and I arrived late, around 9:30pm, because we had commuted after work in NYC. Everything was impeccable. The home is perfect in some many ways. We felt very comfortable and got an amazing night's sleep. The following more we had to head out early to pick our daughter up from Binghamton. She stayed with us on our second night. Nicolette's and Tim's Tiny Horse Barn is so perfect. It is exact amount of space we needed. Even though the space is space, there were 5 tissue boxes in perfect locations. This may seem a small thing to some. But if you have allergies, it is SO appreciated. The kitchen was equipped with keurig coffee pods, creamers, sugar, tea kettle and more than everything we needed. Equally the bathroom was perfect. The beds were super comfortable as was the temperature. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The attention to detail is amazing. Everywhere there are little hints of horses, but not in an overwhelming way. We actually are having book sent :)

This home is absolutely perfect – the entire space is beautifully decorated, peaceful, and spotless from top to bottom. The beds are incredibly comfortable with high quality bedding. The kitchen is fully stocked with every conceivable item. The hot tub and fire pit are a relaxing way to end the day. You can tell Dean and Brenda take pride in maintaining the space and every little detail made it feel like a high-end stay. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

We had a really good time staying at this place, everything was better than in the pictures, wonderful view, very clean apartment, I would rent it again!

Jill and T. were amazing hosts, quite possibly the nicest and all around best that I've experienced. They were attentive and incredibly kind, and together have a presence to them that makes you feel comfortable and right at home. They also were a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area, the property, and the trails that are accessible right down the road from the guest house. The guest house itself is across the large driveway from the main house, and while close, it feels properly secluded and private. Inside, it is impeccably furnished with the styling and taste that only someone well traveled could do so well: books about sculptors, poetry, classics, Vermont history. Beautiful furniture and an inviting layout of the space. The furnishings, books, kitchen setup, and many places to sit and relax, were as much part of the greatness as the nature surrounding it. I will absolutely come back here for the relaxation, the amenities, and also the lovely hosts.

Really cute cottage for a getaway. Clean, well maintained. Enjoyed our stay here, would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay close by to sites for hiking and sightseeing!

Mark and Rachel were awesome and I loved the place. Exactly what I was looking for to unplug and enjoy a few days off. Town is close by and has all the coffee, food and cocktails you will need. Will be staying here again.

With a few dozen AirBnB stays under my belt, I have to say Shannon's lovely home in Ulster Park, NY, is without a doubt, the most enjoyable I've ever had! Her home is immaculate and literally footsteps from the Hudson River! She has taken the time to create an immensely enjoyable retreat by providing all modern amenities (large screen smart TV, robust WiFi and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Her backyard is thoughtfully laid out, recognizing the River is the main attraction, and provides fabulous seating areas, accompanied by gas fueled fire pits! Truly amazing. I am sure I will be returning soon!

Robin's cottage is a great little place. It is spacious and has a very comforting feeling. The location is ideal as well, it is nestled in the town of Clinton which affords options to visit neighboring towns and experience all CT has to offer. We chatted with Robin for a bit as well, she is such a dear. Great place Robin thank you!!!

James was a fantastic host. He greeted us personally upon arrival and provided a thorough walkthrough of the property. The Airbnb was exactly as described and perfectly met our needs, including use of the. The location was excellent, with easy access to many restaurants.

Ethen and Erin have created a beautiful, serene destination retreat! Beautifully designed with sustainability in mind. We loved the location for its quiet and beauty, and for the easy walk to Main St. So sparkly clean and comfortable. We also really appreciate that they use eco friendly products. We are inspired and want to return!
