Vacation rentals with breakfast in Block Island Sound

Thomas was an excellent host! He lets us check in slightly early and checked in on us to make sure everything was in working order and we were comfortable. The house and property are absolutely breathtaking and everything was squeaky clean, the garden he keeps was incredible and so was the view. I really appreciated the ice cream in the freezer and the abundance of clean towels:). 11/10 definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area and is looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable, and gorgeous place.

We really enjoyed staying at Nancy's little farmhouse. It was perfect for us. We especially loved the back porch room where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful view as well as seeing the variety of farm animals in the backyard. The house was as mentioned in her listing and had everything we needed. I would recommend this farmhouse to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to stay. I would love to go back someday.

Three of us stayed here during reunion. Very nice, cozy place. At the end of a street, so very tranquil. The house is comfortably furnished and well stocked. The hosts are very sweet and super responsive - they would even have brought us doughnuts, but we declined. Snacks and some basics in the fridge when we got in. Very nice tv in the living room with Roku. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at Erin’s place. Very private, yet so close to all the nearby towns and parks. The place was so comfortable, clean, great bed and linens, and easy to hang out and relax. For sure would love to come again!

Jane was a great host, quick to respond and very helpful with local recommendations. The house was immaculate and matched description. Detailed instructions and clear communication made for an enjoyable weekend. Would be happy to visit again.

Amazing, super clean, immaculate home. From goodies/food/drinks left for us to the squeaky cleanliness of the home we found it worth 10 stars!!! Jon's hospitality as a host was nothing short of amazing!! Perfect for SHU or Fairfield families staying in the area. Hope to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay. Great central location for exploring Hudson valley. We enjoyed coming back and using the hot tub after a day of exploring. The house was clean. We appreciated that the kitchen was functional.

This was a lovely, private apartment. She provided the most amazing and luxurious spread of toiletries, snacks and local information. Comfortable, relaxing and nicely located. It was nice to know that the owner was there and responsive if we needed ( we did not) but very respectful of our privacy.

We stayed here on a weekend trip to Lime Rock and it was a great location! Close to the racetrack and also near the town center, as well as a relatively short drive to Great Barrington. The house was exactly as described and very clean, I would recommend it!

Kevin is an awesome host, and this was the perfect Airbnb for our wedding party! There was so much to do from the patio, to the arcade, and the pool and hockey tables, we had such a blast staying here! There was plenty of space, rooms, and beds for lots of people. Kevin was super responsive, usually responding in less than 10 minutes, and he was very accommodating and helped us out a lot! The check ins were super simple and cleanup was also extremely easy for check out! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Lynn!

Monica & TJ’s listing is exactly as pictured and described. It is spotless and well appointed. The extra little touches such as quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel (not Wally World brand), snacks, and of course the pastries upon check in- are so nice. These things tell me that they care about their guests and their experience. Great binder on the “How to use” + suggestions of things to do, restaurants, etc. Very helpful! The best part was how close to the beach this rental is! 100% would stay here again; experience to value ratio = A+ !

The Modena House was perfect for our trip. We wished we had the chance to enjoy the outdoor aspect a little more, however time and weather didn’t cooperate with us. The place is adorable, a great kitchen, nicely decorated sitting room, bathroom and bedroom made for a lovely stay. The hosts are top notch! We hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The property and the space were gorgeous. The amenities were top notch and the kitchen ( which we took full advantage of ) had everything we needed. Would stay again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone in need of a peaceful private getaway.

We had a wonderful time at Tom’s in Pawcatuck! His home was lovely as was the room we stayed in. Tom gave us great recommendations for dining and things to do in the area. Everything about our trip to the Pawcatuck/Westerly/Mystic/Watch Hill area was fantastic. Tom made checking in and coming and going a breeze and made us feel right at home! We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations and would love to visit again in the future.

5/5 stars for this venue and Michael as a great host. My girlfriend and I stayed here three days and two nights, Mike included complementary water, Gatorade, coffee, tea and silverware/glassware. Place was spotless upon arrival in a quiet and quaint area of Newport. Offstreet parking is also a huge plus here. We like to walk places and this air bnb is the best “halfway” location between Easton beach/ the cliff walk and all the businesses on Thames Street. Mike was responsive and helpful above all. We would look to stay here again in the future!

we had such a lovely time at Jayne’s place! The room was very clean, we loved the garden and her cats! It was perfect for a little city getaway! We definitely want to come back:)

It was one of the best experiences I had with Airbnb, all thanks to Rebecca's kindness and predisposition. My husband and I were treated like kings. The house is beautiful, super cozy, with a great view and the neighborhood is very quiet. Perfect location to visit Newport (30 minutes by car). The breakfast prepared by Rebecca is great and her talks very interesting and enjoyable! She took the trouble to go and buy us delicious fresh strawberries. We will miss her! Hopefully we will be back soon!

Whether sipping tea on the patio or taking a leisurely stroll along the water’s edge, every moment here feels like a soothing embrace from nature.

Can't recommend Susan and Tom's place enough: From start to finish it was peaceful, quiet, friendly, clean, and overall nice. Tom even makes breakfast in the morning which was a great experience. The house is secluded and quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room and bath were clean and large. Tom and Susan make you feel right at home. The place is about a 15 minute drive to the ferry for Martha's Vineyard, which we did one day. Helpful hint: try the Jack and the Beanstalk farmer's market just down the road from Susan's place: they have wonderful lobster rolls, fresh salads, and big stuffed sandwiches all at local prices.

Had the pleasure of a few short stays recently here . A great mix of short stays and extended stays by guests . A B&B feel with the best hosts who are great people and make their guests feel at home . Such a peaceful spot . Will be back soon I am sure . So close to everything South County has to offer too .
