Large studio apartment on beautifully situated small holding surrounded by forest. Private decking with lovely views and direct access to the forest. Recently been re-decorated and features log burner (seasoned wood supplied), induction hob, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Parts of the property date back to 1475 with links to the Bishops of Winchester. There is plenty on offer in and around the village, with local shops, gardens, pubs, walks and bicycle rides along the River Avon. Bournemouth beaches are not far away. We welcome dogs for a fee of £20 for up to 2 dogs per stay.
