Small but lacking nothing. A great little one bedroom, one bath cottage just three miles from Historic Downtown Dayton TN. In a great neighborhood. Out in the country but still close to town. All the amenities of home; stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, washer/dryer, sofa bed, large parking area, and a nice yard. Sleeps a family of four very comfortably. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We love our tiny home and we are absolutely positive you will too.

The rental was amazing. Very clean, roomy and a beautiful view of the lake. Mitch was very responsive and friendly. The pictures don’t do it justice, you need to see it in person to take it all in. This has been our favorite vacation so far. If you love to fish you can catch all you want from the back yard. We will definitely be back next year. We didn’t want to leave. Another plus is that you are only two hours away from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and Nashville for a nice day trip.

Truly top-notch! This beautiful historic home is basically across the street from a great park, instructions were so clear and easy, they had fresh blueberry muffins waiting for us, and it’s the best outfitted from a kitchen/towels/etc. perspective I’ve ever seen! We’d definitely stay again, this place is great!

Our family enjoyed our stay. There were 7 of us ranging from 20-82 and we all felt there was enough space, especially being able to use the back patio. We spent much of our time sitting out there enjoying the peaceful setting and watching all the bird activity. It was convenient having access to the garage for additional storage space. The kitchen was well stocked. The only item missing (imo) was a hairdryer. We visit Dayton several times a year and we hope to return to this house in our future travels.

A charming two-story house is located by a serene lake, surrounded by greenery. A welcoming front porch features stairs leading to the entrance. The structure is complemented by large windows, allowing natural light to fill the interior.

This was my first Airbnb experience. I'm not sure how to judge/compare the pricing. I believe it was priced more reasonable than a hotel with many more amenities. Thanksgiving weekend with family. Wasn't looking for outside activities. There were day trips and lots of walks. Home was warm and comfortable. Kitchen provided most everything I needed. Appliances in good working order. Theresa was gracious, a good communicator, flexible and accommodating.
