The apartment "Zeitreise" is located on the edge of the old town and is quick to reach, (3 minutes from the highway) and two streets further (in approx. 5 minutes) you are already on the historic market square. You can park directly on the street for free and live comfortably in a 50 m² apartment with balcony. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018, with attention paid to pollutant-free ecological design. I will be happy to answer any further questions you may have in advance.

Haus Philip is a very cozy and modern log cabin directly in an exposed unique location on the ski slope. The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. Hauptvermietung März - Nov. im Winter macht es unser kleiner Ofen schön warm, eine Heizung gibt es natürlich auch. Unter der Dachschräge befindet sich eine Küchenecke, die für einfache Gerichte, Kaffee/Tee ausgestattet ist. Im Bad Dusche und WC, im SZ ein Holz-Bett 140x200 cm mit neuer höherer Matratze +Topper und 1 Schrank. Im WZ steht eine Eckcouch, die Platz für 1 Person zum schlafen bietet, 1 Sessel, TV und ein Essplatz für 3 Personen. W-Lan vorhanden.

Das freistehende Ferienhaus steht in Richtung Südseite auf einem 1500qm großen Grundstück. Umgeben von Streuobstwiesen und Wald lässt es sich gut entspannen. Die besondere Lage bietet einen herrlich weiten Ausblick über den Ort Wienrode. Für Wander- und Naturfreunde gibt es hier viel zu entdecken. Die Lage des Hauses ist ausgesprochen günstig, um diverse Ausflüge zu unternehmen.
