Located only 20 miles from downtown OKC, 16 miles from the OU campus, & centrally located between 2 of Oklahoma's finest casinos. This home offers a large downstairs living space with private pool (no heater at this time) & patio, 3 upstairs bedrooms including a master suite with a whirlpool jet tub. Beautiful property! Nestled away down a gravel road in the forest, it was so peaceful. Inside/outside of the property was very well taken care of, clean, up to date, modern, beds were extremely comfortable, and the bath towels were soo soft! Property had many amenities including toaster forks for the fire pit, wouldn't have even thought to bring those! Property was large and spacious so no one was cramped up. Would definitely recommend this property to someone looking to disconnect from the real world for awhile! A hidden gem for sure!

This was perfect for us. Our boxer had a little fenced yard to run in. Never heard the neighbors. Had a nice garage for our jeep during the storms. Was only 15 minutes to the convention center where we needed to be 4 days in a row. Was perfect location, yet close enough. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to OKC.

I was in town for my graduation from OU, and Monica was an amazing host. The house is so cute and quaint! We enjoyed our evenings sitting in the back yard under the umbrellas. Monica was pleasant to talk with, and very respectful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Luxury Oasis Hot Tub/Pool / Lake @OKC

We just returned from spending 4 nights at David & Thao's home in OKC. We had no trouble finding the home - great instructions. The home is very spacious, is in a very nice neighborhood, and has just about anything you would need for a stay there. Communicating with David & Thao was great. Very quick reply when I had a question (which was only a couple of times). The beds were comfortable, as well as any other furniture in the home. The master bedroom is huge as well as the bathroom. And, it was really helpful to have 3 bathrooms. The covered back porch/deck area was a great place to spend our time. The pool is very nice, although it was a little chilly for most of us. Our 8 and 6 yr old grandsons made use of it though. And having the hot tub was a lifesaver. It was warm and ready to go when we arrived. The guys in our group made use of the fishing dock and were quite lucky at catching (small) crappie, bass and perch. Our two grandsons had so much fun reeling them in.

The house is an older house but solid. There were storms both nights and we slept right through them. I enjoy older houses like these, wondering about the previous owners. Nevertheless, Shawna did some nice upgrades and the house had all the needed amenities. I especially appreciated the coffee makers and the blazing internet.
