The apartment is ideally located, close to shops and transport. Marie Claude is very welcoming and attentive.

Guillaume was nice and very responsive. Stayed in the apartment for a month and there was no other apartment at a more affordable price in Toulouse. A very handy location with a direct access to the bypass and free parking. The apartment would benefit from better and more pleasant lighting and a more detailed clean. Overall, great for short and cost-effective stays!

Jean-Louis's apartment is very clean and very quiet. Her kitchen is well equipped. Its balcony facing the Garonne opens onto a beautiful green setting. This outdoor space is lovely. Excellent starting point for visiting the most interesting and lively neighborhoods of Toulouse such as Saint-Cyprien, a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

If you wish to get the most of your visit to Toulouse, stay at David’s place. It is near every important site and excursion meeting point! The place is comfortable and has both restaurants and grocery stores very near. David is a great host: very responsive and understanding. I recommend!

We had a first stay at the accommodation offered by Baptiste in March with a colleague, we were delighted and did not hesitate for a single second to be able to return for this June stay. The accommodation is impeccable, clean and functional. Baptiste is responsive when it comes to exchanges and everything is designed to make the check-in and stay go smoothly! If we come back to Toulouse and the accommodation is available, we will gladly come back!

Simone is very welcoming, available. The apartment was very clean. The environment is nice. The residence is secure and has parking. To get to the center of Toulouse, the bus stop is nearby. Very nice modern apartment, clean, with full equipment, as in the photos and description. Quiet and secure in a beautiful private residence with numbered parking for the car. We arrived outside the hours mentioned in the listing, almost 2 hours late, Nathalie was there to welcome us with a smile. And in-person key exchange. Nathalie is very welcoming, who does everything to be pleasant, very helpful, for example, when we met her by chance in the small shopping center where we were shopping and who brought us and our very heavy bags back to the residence with her car.
