Highly recommended - really nice home and very clean Was also well furnished and the provided board games were popular with my kids Only comment was that on warm sunny days, the upstairs bedrooms being in the loft get incredibly hot - they could do with fans to keep cool

Great place to stay - beautiful part of the country

Will definitely book again, cottage was ideal, had afternoon tea at Summerseat Garden Centre which was a short walk away, which I cannot recommend highly enough. The area around the cottage was gorgeous and ideal for a stroll with the dog. A couple of suggestions, maybe….an air fryer would be good and cheaper on the electricity! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Niamh was a great host. The place was even better than the pictures and fantastic value for money, Niamh replied fast to any queries we had. If I am in the area again I would 100% book back without a doubt.

The apartment was comfortable , spotless and totally fit the purpose.

What a beautiful lodge, set in a beautiful place! The site was absolutely lovely. Everything you needed the lodge had. The instructions booklet was very helpful as we had 3 children with us and a dog so looking for activities to suit us all. Overall a lovely stay, we will most definitely be returning maybe just the grown ups this time lol for abit more of a relax xx

Beautiful caravan super spacious and clean. Fantastic location close to moorcombe bay. Lisa was extremely helpful from booking to checkout would defiantly recommend and stay again.

The lodge was in a beautiful location over looking the lake. It instantly felt so homely and was well equipped with everything you’d need and more; down to the paddle boards and life jackets Charlotte allows guests to use on their stay. Charlotte was a fantastic host and send me a lengthy email weeks before hand with useful information. great tips, places to visit and more. I would definitely love to return to the lodge again soon.

We had a lovely few nights, children enjoyed walking and the Lego was a big winner. Everything we needed to just have sometime at a home away from home

We had a wonderful 5 day stay! The caravan was perfect for our family of four (plus our dog) — cozy, spacious, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. What really stood out was the incredible attention to detail, especially for our pup — treats, a towel, and even a blanket were waiting for her. It was so heartwarming and showed how much care went into everything. Our host was amazing — Sam sent us great recommendations in advance for places to eat and things to do, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The fresh flowers and duck food left for us were such a lovely surprise — it truly felt like a personal and welcoming experience. We’re so grateful and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, pet-friendly getaway!

Charming and full of character, with fabulous pool and hot tub. Loved our stay with family. Granddaughter filled with excitement throughout our stay.

Very spacious bungalow in a beautiful, private location. The house felt very homely, with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and smelled lovely on arrival, and my grown up daughters and I spent a very happy week there. The garden space is a great addition, and offered a great opportunity to watch the local birds and bats. We were all sad to leave at the end of the week!

We stayed here whilst two of us did a half iron man in Bolton! We were so glad we didn’t stay in the town , staying here felt like a holiday either side of the race! Loved it!

I have stayed here before and as always, the perfect place to stay while visiting family. The place was pristine-and I'm picky. Basics were providing like Milk, bread, coffee, tea etc which is always appreciated. Maria has the place setup to be very welcoming. I've stayed in many Airbnbs and by far this is one of the best. It was spotless, cosy and exactly as the photos show. Maria is always so responsive. Definitely will stay here again.

We have a great Easter weekend at Lorraine"s place. The house is situated in a great location We ventured out around the village and found a lovely walk along the canal. We had a brilliant chilled break . looking forward to booking again 😁 Hazel & David
