Beautiful home and accessible to local restaurants, shops, and the Monument!

The perfect space for a solo traveler or a couple. It’s small and decorated with thoughtfulness and style. I was comfortable and found everything i needed. The stairs are very steep (think spiral staircase) but solid and manageable. And it’s an easy downhill walk to Main Street with all of its restaurants, cafes, shops etc. and there’s a lovely tiny yard with chairs and table and small grassy area.

Peter is on his game. We had 2 vehicles with an abundance of parking options. Everything is quite new and had everything we needed to make dinners, including gas range. The layout is open and spacious enough for 4 of us to relax in our own areas. Although it's close to busier roads, it was very quiet and secure. There are so many places for food and fun within walking distance. This is a perfect place to stay based on cleanliness, value, safety & hospitality.

Where do we even begin... the moment we got there we were immediately impressed with the location and appearance of the property. The inside had all the basics we needed to get us through... and Deb was an absolute gem 💎 ✨️; she took the time to explain things to us and give us suggestions of things to do in and around Deadwood. We will be back and that's where we would stay.

Aaron’s place exceeded our expectations. It was exactly like the photos and description - and more (we’re stealing some interior design points!). The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved that we could walk around the neighbourhood easily. There are some fantastic restaurants and bars in easy walking distance (we particularly liked Hay Camp brewery and the Bashful Bison deli). It’s also a quick drive out to the Badlands and Black Hills.

The AirBNB was only 10 minutes from downtown which was amazing. Cozy and comfortable. We appreciated the coffee, water and snack bars. The bed was super comfortable and the water for the shower was nice and hot. My kids loved having the arcade game to play and played it multiple times while we were there. Rebekah had a ton of booklets for information if you aren’t familiar with the area with a ton of things to do. This wasn’t our first time to the area but if we make this trip again we would love to stay at Rebekah’s place again. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Paul was great! We got a personalized tour. We arrived a little later than anticipated and that was fine. We thought the place was absolutely beautiful and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Beautiful location that's close enough to quickly pop into Rapid City, but far enough removed to be quiet and peaceful. Very clean home with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Timothy was very responsive and had provided numerous recommendations for local attractions and restaurants with the welcome documentation. It was a the perfect home base for our Black Hills vacation. We loved the property and would recommend it to anyone traveling through the area.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was very clean and quiet. It had everything we didn’t even know we needed. Plenty of space for our family. The pool was the best part. I believe we were visiting during a heat wave and boy was it hot. The pool was a great place to cool off after our full day of activities. I felt safe with my kids there because the pool was inside but automatically locked off in the prefect way to help me sleep peacefully at night. We plan to try to stay here again anytime we visit Rapid City.

Our family of seven enjoyed our week stay at Joel and Diana’s place.! The beds were comfy, the location was great for doing day trips in the Black Hills and the setting was peaceful and beautiful for relaxing in the evenings. We really enjoyed watching the sunset and star gazing from the deck. Diana and Joel were excellent at communicating and making sure all was going well. If we are back in the area, we would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay at The Cottage! The home was exactly as described. It was clean, cozy, and well decorated. We felt right at home. The location was great on a quiet residential street…but close to restaurants and shopping. The porch swing was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of driving! Check-in was smooth, communication was excellent, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We truly enjoyed our time at the Jagerhaus. We were looking for rest and relaxation and found that through the comfort and spaciousness of the house. Enjoying the hot tub in the evening as the sun was setting while taking in the beautiful nature in the backyard was a highlight.

Absolutely loved the stay and everything about it, my only con was that we “didn’t stay there long enough” was really only there to sleep as we were gone on full day trips, would have loved more lounging around time lol. Also as you see in the photos it’s a lot of steps up to get inside and there’s no alternate route 😆 keep that in mind when you have multiple kids and a gross amount of luggage to carry in! Didn’t phase us though l, maybe would be different for someone who struggles with stairs. The hosts went above and beyond for us. Traveled from Buffalo NY, and would love to come back someday.

we had a lovely stay at The Sunset! it was the perfect size for us and had all the amenities we could possibly think of! the location was excellent for all of our day trips. highly recommend!

We chose Molle's Two Bit cabin for our last leg of our road trip due to the private space, proximity to Deadwood and Sturgis but also for its promise of quiet. It has been a busy trip and when we entered the cabin and saw labels to identify the switches, helpful notes regarding the hot tub and location of additional blankets and just how serene the yard was, I knew I had saved the best for last. The furniture and beds were absolute heaven. The shower felt amazing and the Hot tub was exactly what we needed after a long stressful drive. We encountered truck issues on journey so we were thankful for the proximity to different cities to have it looked at. we also loved that we had a comfortable place to relax and unwind. Check out was easy even if we didn't really want to leave. We are already discussing creating an opportunity to return, this time with our vehicle fixed so we can enjoy more of what the area has to offer.

The stay was wonderful. Place was further out of town than expected but beautiful scenery and peaceful location. Very close to ski slopes if that is what you are there to do.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, in a quaint town this is it! We loved being close to mineral springs, but also only being 45-60 minutes away from any tourist destinations. There are lots of good restaurants near by and there was a nice farmers market on Saturday that you could walk to. The home is amazing, just like the pictures and really spacious! There is a locked door to get into the main lobby which is nice and makes the home feel safer!

My family had a great time at this airBnB! It was clean and welcoming, our host was extremely responsive and helpful and we had zero complaints. We would definitely come back and we appreciated the lower price which added a low stress factor to our trip. My brother mentioned that he most appreciated the quality toilet paper that was provided and I told him I would be sure to mention that for him. Overall it was a wonderful stay and a great place to stay in Lead with hosts who clearly care about their guests. Thank you!!

The Condo was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The only draw back was the road closure caused a long detour to Custer and the surrounding area. The shortest detour is going through Lead to Interstate 90. If you let the GPS pick the route it takes you up through the Black Hills on Mining/Logging Roads.

Bridget's place is a peaceful condo centered in the area to everything we wanted to see. We came for a college visit at SD School of Mines in Rapid City just 10 minutes from the condo. Then, we were easily able to get to all of the other area attractions. The condo is very well appointed and has everything one needs for a great stay, even laundry amenities with detergent and softener! The beds are comfortable and great to have a King size in the master. We loved the closets with wide shelving and hanging space. It was also easy to cook a few meals since Bridget provided pots and pans that actually are functional. Loved the ceramic set! Thanks Bridget for creating such a neat space in Hermosa for us to relax and unwind.

We were all very pleased and happy with the Airbnb. Everyone was comfortable, beautiful location even locally we spent time exploring everyone in the area was pleasant and kind. When I had any questions. Sharon and Keith responded right away.
