It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has recently been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

Creedy Meadow is an eco-friendly barn. It is spacious with hard flooring throughout. The toilets use rainwater collected from the roof. The hot water is from solar power. The wet room is special. There are two patio areas, a private lawn and lots of parking. The area is quiet, peaceful and the stars at night are totally uninterrupted by light pollution. There are plenty of local walks and a bridle path passes the door. It is in the middle of nowhere but at the centre of everywhere.

Our barn is well situated between London and Cornwall, and is on the cycle route from Land's End to John o' Groats. We offer peaceful, simple accommodation, in a converted barn. The decor is simple, eclectic and stylish, possibly shabby chic. The building is spacious yet intimate , with a comfortable bed, cosy sofa, and a wood burner. The barn is completely separate from the main house where we live, by about 30m. Although we are mostly here, the barn feels very secluded.
