This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

Relax at our desert Casita-perfect for a couple or small family. Books, toys, board games & WIFI will keep everyone entertained. Unwind at our resort-style pool* w/ private lounging area. I-17 (5 min), Ben Avery (10 min), Scottsdale/Lake Pleasant (30 min), Sedona (1.5 hr). We allow off-street boat & trailer parking for our guests, upon request. *Pool hours are 8am-9pm. For an additional fee of $25 the hot tub will be heated for a three hour period. Give us a heads up when booking!

With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road. It is surrounded by the beautiful desert with mountain and city light views. There are biking and hiking trails nearby. Our property is close to 2 highways (I-17 and 101). We are about 25 minutes from downtown Phoenix, 25 min. from Sky Harbor Airport. We are 15 min from North Scottsdale.
