The sea areas outside are rich in fish and shellfish, excellent for fishing or diving. The sandy beach in direct vicinity is fine for both families with children or those engaged in free diving. From the cabin you can see the sunset over the archipelago of Tarva with the windmills at Valsneset in silhouette. If you are lucky, you can sit in the Jacuzzi and watch the sea eagle, or the northern lights dance across the sky.

The roof is rented out to those who want sun from morning to evening. The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality . Nice view to the Trondheim fjord and a rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive with car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In the winter, the road is paved and strewn. A good winter car is an advantage.
