Florent's place was perfect for our stay with 3 children. It was clean, tidy... great sea view from the bedroom and living room. Simple, effective... go there without risk thank you to Florent who was responsive.

We had a pleasant stay in your apartment with this view on 2 sides of the marina. It's nice to see the monohulls and catamarans go by. The accommodation is well-equipped and quiet, the welcome on our arrival by your concierge was very much appreciated. For those who like beautiful sandy beaches, Le Canet is perfect. And for the others, going down to Collioure (beautiful colorful and flowery alleys) Port-Vendres or Banyuls by the coastal circuit, there are many wonderful landscapes to discover and small beaches with some of them offering the possibility of snorkeling and seeing very beautiful fish.

Very warm and friendly welcome by the hotel, their accommodation is really perfect for a short stay by the beach which is less than a minute's walk, and very clean, I intend to go back, I recommend it.

Second stay in 2 years in the accommodation offered by Isabelle and the pleasure of coming back was still at the rendezvous. We had a great week, in a clean, quality, well decorated accommodation with an ideal view of the beach and sea of Canet. Isabelle was able to adapt to facilitate both our arrival and departure, with kindness and kindness. We will be back next year to continue to enjoy the charms of this wonderful area, thanks for everything!

Just perfect for two people! Ideal location, stunning sea views. What a joy breakfast on the terrace with sea view. The apartment deserves 6 stars because in addition it is tastefully decorated. A very good choice that I would highly recommend!

Excellent place, I recommend it 100%. It's in the center and you can get to know many places on foot. Despite being on the first floor, the stairs are wide and we didn't have any problems. We went with a baby and the place is comfortable and functional, everything was clean.

Beautiful and spacious apartment, everything you need was present. Beautiful covered terrace with nice views of Canal du Midi and the boats that sail by. Parking for car and bicycle rack was present which is convenient. The village has a large supermarket, bakery, .... everything within walking distance. There is one restaurant just below the terrace, but it does not cause any nuisance. Right on the bike route and we cycled to Carcassonne and Le Somail. Two nice places. Also visited Narbonne and the Abaye de Fontfroide. Very nice. The week was so filled in a quiet, natural environment. Definitely recommended.

We had a great time at Paul's house. The views are magnificent, the pool is too. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to retreat if you want. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Elisabeth and her daughter are extremely kind and offer great hospitality. Everything is done to make you feel at home quickly. The apartment is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards and close to the Canal du Midi Go without hesitation.

If you are looking for peace, tranquility and total relaxation then Lizzie’s place is perfect. It’s home from home with a French twist. It is situated in a quiet village with some friendly locals. It’s in an area where there is plenty of things to do and see. The house itself is clean and tidy. The bed was comfy ensuring a good night’s sleep. It is well equipped and Lizzie has provided plenty of information about what to see and do and the best places to eat. The courtyard garden is charming and a great place to eat breakfast before it becomes too hot and in the evening when it cools you can eat your dinner or have a BBQ. Would definitely recommend. We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

We had a great time in Leucate-Plage. The place was as described, clean, well-equipped (and even beyond our expectations), and comfortable. It is in a great location, a short walk to the beach, which is perfect for enjoying the seaside. The host was very responsive, the instructions were clear, and everything went smoothly. A little more that we particularly appreciated: access to tennis classes nearby. I highly recommend this listing

The place was nice and very clean. The home fragnance scent was a bit strong but feels refreshing every time we went home. Walking distance to good restos, nice area to bike and walk too. We thought it would be annoying since the aircon is controlled virtually but in the end, he just programmed it the way we wanted. Thanks for the free cocktail as well! 😉

Eric is a very responsive host with very clear and comprehensive instructions. We easily found the apartment, a little manipulation to pick up the badge and come back but it's just a detail. Eric told us to take photos and report what was wrong, and it was taken into account. Always very responsive and cordial communication. The location of the apartment and being able to do everything on foot is really ideal. Leucate pontoon less than 10 min walk. Absolute calm, superb harbor views. A little extra: board games, our children really enjoyed it 🙂 We were even able to stay a little longer thanks to Eric's permission, which allowed us to eat quietly before we could get back on the road. Hi Kerina, Thank you so much for your listing, which matches the photos and description. We had a great time. The beach on foot is well accessible with a nice little walk through the palm forest ( my 7 year old child who likes to walk well loved). All amenities are close by, on foot, by bike or car. The accommodation is great, the upper cabin part is great for children ( you made a happy one). Perpignan is not far, to visit, Spain, the vermeille coast🥰. We had a great time. We highly recommend Christophe and Kerina's place. We'll come back to that. We also thank Robert the neighbor who is super nice and very good advice.
