One double and one single bedroom, a separate sitting room and kitchen with breakfast bar. Your home from home has its own private entrance with ample parking and can easily accommodate a trailer. Close to Exmoor National Park, RHS Rosemoor gardens, beautiful North Devon beaches (great for surfing!) and the Tarka Trail for avid cyclists.

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Welcome pack of continental breakfast Items. Dog friendly, however walled garden is open on one side. So please don’t leave your dog unattended. Bring your own dog bed. Recycling bins are outside to the side of the large black dustbins . Separate containers for paper/cardboard. Glass and plastic.
