House vacation rentals in Birkenhead

Stayed in 10 Airbnb locations in 14 days and this was the best experience we had- right location in the best area ; very well kept and clean home; clear instructions for checkin and even allowed a late checkout. We had a wonderful experience in Auckland- thanks to our place of stay!

A beautiful view from every room and a heated pool was great in winter! I had a birthday party here and all my guests enjoyed their stay.

We were in Riverhead for a family wedding. The location and facilities were spot on. Traveling to the event centre was easy and didn't take too long. The House and gardens gave a peaceful and welcoming vibe. Thank you for sharing it with us.

A beautiful, spacious home with a fabulous pool. Extremely close to the local Park Run which was very handy.

We had a fantastic stay at Jo’s place. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Jo was an amazing host—super accommodating and always quick to communicate. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Auckland. Highly recommend!

Lisa’s house was as beautiful as the photos and very comfortable. It was super close to everything we needed for our little family and the heated outdoor pool was the best bit. The pool and the hot tub meant we didn’t need to find entertainment for our little one and on sunny days the outdoor area was bliss. Lisa provided lots of games, toys and books to read and we felt we had really gotten away from it all staying in this lovely home.

Great weekend escape with pool and indoor outdoor flow to enjoy the sunshine and chill space later with the easy outdoor gas fire. Modern kitchen made for easy self catering but also close and walkable to great restaurants and coffee spots. Having an ensuite for each bedroom always a win. Comfortable and ample space for all.

Awesome location, very walkable. Nice walk to the ferry terminal to get to Auckland. Comfortable kitchen & amazing views. Easy parking & super friendly hosts. We loved our stay!!

Definitely best place to stay for few nights at Auckland. The whole townhouse is an exactly clean and tidy space.

We absolutely loved the house and the view and we had everything we needed. As a last minute booking, Ben and Alex were so accommodating and communicative and made for an easy stay. Our family enjoyed the peaceful spot and the place itself was so lovely with so many separate spaces for us all to enjoy a relaxing holiday, we’ll be back for sure!

We stayed here for five nights and we loved every moment. Tony was a great host and did everything he could to accommodate our requests. The living areas were spacious and comfortable, and the view of the racecourse was even more impressive in person. The place was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The house is situated close to the city centre and other shopping areas in the suburbs. There was also a good selection of restaurants nearby which we were able to drive to within 10-15 minutes or order delivery from on Uber eats. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to stay again if we are back in Auckland!

Very clean and tidy place. Perfect outdoor area. Well stocked in the kitchen. Short walk to shops. Our family was well impressed and very happy with out stay.

We are a family(incl. a small dog) and stayed at Lisa’s for 4 nights. It didn't feel like just renting an Airbnb house, it felt like I was staying at my grandma’s house. It was richly well-equipped with all the household items we needed. Cornwall Park is so close, perfect for my dog to walk on, with a supermarket as well as many restaurants, and is conveniently located to go anywhere in walking distance. Great place, location & size! They are really friendly and respond quickly. The place itself is nice, clean area in mt Albert and it’s just up the road from the supermarket. Overall such a good place for convenience & quiet.

Jane's home is fabulous. We were all so comfortable, and appreciative of the opportunity stay in such an amazing, beautifully designed home. The large and varied indoor and outdoor living areas gave us plenty of space to relax. Jane's instructions on the kitchen bench were delightful and friendly. The generous kitchen stores were appreciated. We loved the stunning views of the water and the trees, and enjoyed the easy walk down to the park and the bay. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. We created some special family memories over our 4 night stay.

A very nice accommodation to stay at. We needed a place for 5 people in Devonport for a wedding and we were not disappointed with choosing Ji's place. When we had a question Ji was very accommodating and helped out immediately. The place has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, plus extras such as ironing board, iron, hair dryer etc. Would very much recommend. A+++

Exceptional, private location with friendly attentive hosts, just minutes from Ponsonby Road. It was so lovely to close the gates into the lush courtyard and enjoy a well-appointed home away from home, with generous interior spaces, comfortable bedding, and all the amenities needed for a longer stay. Gerard is a kind, generous neighbour & host, ensuring we had everything we needed. Just a few blocks from Ponsonby Rd's hospitality scene, with a dairy at the corner, and a bus stop nearby, there's lots to see, do, and explore in this perfect Grey Lynn bubble!

Loved the house! So beautiful. Good location. The shops were down the road. Enough space for everyone. Alana was so nice and easy to communicate with. Definitely would stay again.

Michael was great to deal with. We spontaneously asked for an early check-in which wasn’t an issue. Place was tidy and clean and as described. We were 3 adults which meant one of us had to climb up the ladder to the single bed upstairs which was adventurous but probably not ideal for a long term stay. We didn’t mind and it does say in the description it is more suitable for a child which is correct. Overall very happy and would come again.
