A queen bed with high thread-count linen, and a tiled ensuite bathroom will help to make your stay very comfortable. There is a microwave, and tea, coffee, muesli and toast provisions for breakfast. It is nestled in a quirky little workers cottage (circa 1850) a couple of hundred yards from Ponsonby Road. Location, location, location, no need for a car! The room is furnished with it's own entrance, private bathroom and deck; in the room is a TV with netflix, mini-fridge, microwave, & Electric kettle.

You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.

Beautiful quiet setting, private patio, off street car parking, 100m to beach - the perfect place to relax and unwind! Close to award winning eateries, buses, malls .
