Monthly Rentals in Bird in Hand

The Loft is absolutely beautiful! It was such a relaxing place and Sharon went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Out of all the places we’ve stayed the loft definitely had the most thoughtful details. Sharon had everything from extra toiletries and an umbrella we could use to a surprise treat for us-it was refreshing to not have to worry about if we forgot anything. The backyard is also stunning and a great place to hangout. Would love to visit again in the future.

Had a great stay very comfortable

This is our fifth time staying at Gerald’s place and we had a great time every time. The place is always clean, the beds are comfortable, and it’s a great location.

The Sunrise Guesthouse is spacious, clean and perfectly located in a quiet country setting, less than 10 minutes from everything. Our family loved the huge sunroom across the entire back of the house overlooking farms, fields, and cows. We could hear the quaint sounds of horses and wagons close by each day. The house was even better than we hoped and included the practical necessities such as plenty of linens, towels, multiple cozy couches, comfortable oversized chairs, dining areas, workspace, laundry and more. My mom who is elderly was so blessed by the living space and bedrooms all on the main floor so she did not need to worry about steps. So many extras like a finished basement, outdoor seating, large driveway, attached garage and lovely decor throughout the home which created a warm welcome. Communication with our host was also excellent. The Sunrise Guesthouse is the perfect place to gather after a day of exploring. Our time spent at the house was truly a highlight of our trip.
