The walking trails are perfect for snowshoeing, cross country skiing and driving snow machines down to the lake. The fire pit, BBQ and backyard is a place to relax and unwind. Our cottage has one of the best locations in town as we area 5-10 min walk to the beach, quick access to the Nexsource Center for those visiting during the hockey season and a 5min drive up to Gull Fields for those guests who have a passion for baseball! We stayed over during the weekend for a girls trip and it was a gorgeous place. Incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The owner checked in on us at the beginning and was so friendly. The property itself was also quite private and beautiful. We were worried about space but there was plenty of beds and rooms for all 7 of us to fit comfortably. I’d recommend this place to any group visiting Sylvan!!

Cheryl and her family were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive and available to answer all our questions, and when we got a flat tire they helped us get back on the road. We were celebrating a special occasion, and they were open to having our friends come early to get things set up for us. Their hospitality and beautiful location make this a must-return location for us!

Absolutely fantastic stay. exactly as described and clear instructions on everything. parking was easy, hot tub was great, bathtub with jets were an excellent hidden bonus. it was clean and welcoming. Johnny greeted me from the upstairs deck. it's a hidden spot with lots of privacy and peacefulness. Would recommend to everyone.

Myself and family members enjoyed our stay at Mandi's place. What we found most helpful was how well stocked the kitchen was...great to have an air fryer! It was spacious, the deck out back was comfortable. We found it overall, very comfortable, peaceful, and in a great location in Sylvan Lake. Mandi was very accommodating. We hope to be back.
