Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

This was our first time booking an Airbnb in Indonesia after always staying in hotels during our yearly visits and we’re so glad we chose Ilham’s place! great place! easy to go from and to with Grab/Gojack. wonderful swimming pool. amazing view!! Kozystay was also really helpful and answered any questions we might have had. if we needed more detergent for washing they also quickly brought it for us. in short a great stay and they delivered on their promises. oh and did i say a great view yet? 😉🙏

Clean space with great view. Price is also affordable. Provide some kitchen utensils also. The towels smells great too. And the coolest thing there’s a sapu lidi😄 Good place to stay more than 1 day.

A very nice and cozy place to stay, wifi are good, have convinience store, and pool on the 1st floor. The kitchen provided with everyrhing, like coffee,sugar,bowl,plate,cup,microwave,mini fridge (or should i say freezer) and toilet are also good, have water heater too, very nice. But some of the spoon and fork are not cleaned properly. But over all, it is a nice and cozy place. Might come back again

This apartment is superb👌I definitely didn't get any issues during my entire stay, not to mention that the host was so friendly and easy to approach. He'll make it sure that everything is in order before your arrival, everything is going well during your entire stay (will check on you from time to time) and ensuring that you'll get the best stay. I love the hospitality of the host, as he even offered to show me around Jakarta with his family members. You can never go wrong booking this property as this is situated in a place not a lil far from the city of Jakarta. This place is even close to the airport. great place to stay, clean and nice room, have netflix on the tv for extra entertainment, and very strategic location.

We are cery grateful to book and stay in Mr. Kevin's apartment. The location was amazingly located near AEON mall, we just spent around 3 to 5 minutes from the room to the mall by foot. The apartment facilities was good enough, especially it has a big swimming pool, kids pool, and a playground for my daughter to play and enjoy the day. Not forget to mention that the room with 3 bedroom was perfect for family staycation. It also has two smart TV with great internet access. The cooking utensils was also quite complete. There are two suggestions maybe to improve guest experience, please upgrade the rice cooker and fix the shower head (we found a leak in it so the waterflow wasn't so good).

the apartment unit is as pictured, very clean, the design makes the children very happy, we can use all the facilities in the apartment and the staff from San Living are very responsive and helpful whenever there are questions or requests from us, access to the mall is also very very close, just go down from the apartment and directly enter the mall Thank you so much for the cozy,clean and beautiful view of the residence during 5D4N

I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—being directly connected to Kota Kasablanka Mall made everything so easy. Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!
