rumahnya sesuai dengan yang ada di deksripsi dan foto yang dilampirkan. kebersihannya terjaga, fasilitasnya juga lengkap. sayangnya ac kamar utama terasa agak panas, padahal sudah diset di suhu paling rendah. namun, tiap ruangan dilengkapi ac sehingga tidak jadi masalah.

Rumahnya keren banget. Jadi semangat nyari duit kalo nginep di sini, soalnya jadi pengen punya rumah kaya gini lol. Ada colokan di samping kasur (penting!!) dan kemana-mana deket juga. Kalo lagi ke jkt kayaknya bakal nginep di sini lagi

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Rumahnya nyaman, worth it sm harganya. Tempatnya juga strategis. Fasilitas perumahannya oke bgt ada kolam renang, lap tenis dan taman bermain. Anak saya puas bgt nginep disini. Fasilitas didalam rumah juga super komplit, bersih juga. Cuma 1 aja yg minus, listriknya ga cukup klo nyalain 3 ac sekaligus, lsg anjlok. Selebihnya okee smua.. next klo ke daerah sini pasti milih nginep sini lagi deh

I had a great stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making it super comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it was easy to relax after a long day. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!

Kozystay team is always responsive to the issues we had - within Minutes! They also provided high chairs and baby cot for our children. What a great service! The building and the Apartment-unit are luxurious, the neighbourhood (other tenants) is peaceful and quite. The staff in the apartment (e.g. security & receptionist) are friendly and helpful. The garden is beautiful and neatly cared. The view from the apartment is gorgeous!!! (especially at night) and the location is unbeatable. Unfortunately we can still hear the mosque and the noise from the construction site close by, although the unit is in the high zone (over 30th floor). The Alfamart and Setiabudi One Mall are within 5 minutes walk from the building and we even have our private parking lot in the basement - which helped us a lot! There are no insects in the apartment, but a few tiny ants "visited" the kitchen island if there's any food left open. We would highly recommend the apartment and would like to stay again.

A very nice and cozy place to stay, wifi are good, have convinience store, and pool on the 1st floor. The kitchen provided with everyrhing, like coffee,sugar,bowl,plate,cup,microwave,mini fridge (or should i say freezer) and toilet are also good, have water heater too, very nice. But some of the spoon and fork are not cleaned properly. But over all, it is a nice and cozy place. Might come back again

This apartment is superb👌I definitely didn't get any issues during my entire stay, not to mention that the host was so friendly and easy to approach. He'll make it sure that everything is in order before your arrival, everything is going well during your entire stay (will check on you from time to time) and ensuring that you'll get the best stay. I love the hospitality of the host, as he even offered to show me around Jakarta with his family members. You can never go wrong booking this property as this is situated in a place not a lil far from the city of Jakarta. This place is even close to the airport. I would definitely choose the same property upon my next visit in Jakarta! With great place and great host and great service!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Overall bagus tempatnya, rapih, bersih, peralatan masaknya lengkap, tapi untuk kamar mandi perlu diperbaiki handheld bidetnya karena kadang airnya gabisa distop

Kamar yg luas dan dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan..sangat cocok buat nginep lebih dari 2 hari..pelayan oke dan host yang responsive..

A wonderful stay here. The apartment is really, really great. Clean, good interior design. Smells good. Very comfortable. I couldn’t imagine a better apartment to stay while in Jakarta. I highly recommend!

We are cery grateful to book and stay in Mr. Kevin's apartment. The location was amazingly located near AEON mall, we just spent around 3 to 5 minutes from the room to the mall by foot. The apartment facilities was good enough, especially it has a big swimming pool, kids pool, and a playground for my daughter to play and enjoy the day. Not forget to mention that the room with 3 bedroom was perfect for family staycation. It also has two smart TV with great internet access. The cooking utensils was also quite complete. There are two suggestions maybe to improve guest experience, please upgrade the rice cooker and fix the shower head (we found a leak in it so the waterflow wasn't so good).

ショッピングモールの近くなので、とても便利です。また、駐車場が無料なので助かりました。 生活に必要な物は全て揃ってます。 また機会があれば、滞在したいです。
