MOI! Our kids have flown out of our 1930s home and now we have rooms that need to be used! This spacious room has a view of the beautiful greenery of the City Park. The house is central: the city center is an 18-minute walk and the CS is 10 minutes away. Martiniplaza right around the corner. You have your own entrance, spacious (private) bathroom and private toilet at your disposal. There is a mini fridge, microwave and separate study. Life in Groningen is buzzing and you can relax here. Welcome! No students.

Cosy&comfortable house in citycenter; free parking

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Near the beautiful Noorderplantsoen in one of the most beautiful and quiet neighborhoods of Groningen overnight in an atmospheric colorful lower house. There is a garden bedroom and an anteroom, both with double beds, and a mezzanine where you can also sleep. A private kitchen with coffee and tea, fridge and oven/microwave, a dining room with access to the intimate city garden full of flowers. Privacy with its own bathroom and toilet. You walked into the downtown area within 5 minutes!

Cozy house equipped with every comfort. Spacious complete kitchen with dish washer. There is a Nespresso, Senseo, kettle and Air fryer available. French doors to the cozy city garden with garden set. Bedroom with Auping king-size bed with adjoining the bathroom and a roof terrace. A 5-minute walk from the city center and the Noorderplantsoen. Neighborhood Super Benny's is around the corner. The beach of the Paterswoldsemeer is 10 minutes by car and 17 by bike. Bicycle rental 200m away.

Apartment with lots of privacy near the city center

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

holiday home 'The Robin'

A nice, cozy little house on the edge of the old center. Fully furnished, comfortable and fully equipped. Can be booked for a short or longer stay. On the first day, a partly organic, self-service breakfast will be ready for you. Supermarket nearby is at Meeuwerderweg 96-98 (open until 10 p.m./Sunday 8 p.m.) The B&B does not have its own parking space. Not far and the cheapest option is the Oosterpoort parking garage - street name is Trompsingel 23.

The accommodation, with its own entrance, has been recently renovated and is completely furnished for a comfortable stay. During the summer, the rooms are wonderfully cool and cozily warm during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance (5 min.) from the station (train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Free parking on own property.

The apartment in the center is located at the Reitdiep and the Pieterpad. View of the Noorderplantsoen. The beautiful Hoge- en Lage der Aa are 100 meters from the house. The Grote Markt can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. Apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful monumental complex, Amsterdam School and is the ground floor of our house. There is a full kitchen. A private toilet and bathroom can be found in the hallway.
